Villa Lima is located in the popular location of Montana Roja, sector 25. It is within easy reach of a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars (approximately 10 minutes walk). The majority of these shops and restaurants are situated along a fabulous beach called Flamingo. Ideal for children, as there are attractive lava rock sea walls, creating almost a lagoon - meaning tides and currents are minimal. Along the seaside promenade is a beautiful walk into the old harbour, main village and finally to the stunning new marina Rubicon. The whole walk takes about 45 - 50 minutes, but if you wish to go into the old harbour or village centre, this can be done in about 20 minutes.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates shown are for 3 persons: Please add £80.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 in Total.
  A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. **NEW*** This villa now has a pool alarm facility. The alarm works by detecting water movement in the pool, the alarm sounds both at the pool side and on a remote unit which can be moved into any room within the villa. The unit can be rented at 50 euros per week.
  As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
  Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
  
• Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday. A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival.
  High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item.
  CAR HIRE is available please ask for details.
  The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £90.00 a week.
  
• Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you. Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
  A PlayStation 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.
