Your home is equipped with a mixture of the best of British and traditional Spanish furniture which enhances this beautifully designed property. It has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom upstairs, plus two twin bedrooms on the poolside lower floor, all presented with quality bedding and matching furnishings. You will find every modern convenience to hand: sky TV, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, CD equipment, oven & ceramic hob, even smoke alarms. There are two spacious terraces the upper ocean view one with its own outside dining table and chairs and the other at the lower poolside ideal, escape the sun yet still enjoy the ambience.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates shown are for 4 persons: Please add £90.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 6 adults and 1 child in Total. The pool is solar heated all year, and during the summer months, this will be sufficient for swimming in the pool and is included in the prices shown. However during what can be the cooler months. November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee 27/28C at all times, which costs an extra £100.00 a week. It is possible to use this additional system all year, if required. A deposit of £200 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. Children under 2 are our guests, so there is no charge. As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed
    Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 PM to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask.
  • Early arrivals are not a problem, please tell us what your times are, and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst the villa is being prepared. Up till 10.00am thought is still the previous guest’s holiday.
    Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.
  • A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival. High chairs, cots and child seats are available for hire at 20 Euros a week, per item. Car hire can be arranged, please ask for details. Please note - for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for separately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you. For 4 weeks booking please contact us for a special weekly rate.

CAR HIRE: We can arrange this for you, either to be available at the airport, with an English Representative waiting for you, or delivered to your villa at a time of your choice.( Except Weekends) Payment can be made by CREDIT CARD. Range of vehicles is available from the 5 seat Opel Corsa at 140 Euros a week to the 9 seat Opel Vivaro at 476 Euros. They can be hired by the day or week. Baby Seats are also available.

PLAYABLANCA: Playa Blanca is in the southern most part of Lanzarote. In 1994 it was officially declared a Reserve of the BIOSPHERE by UNESCO and more recently was named by the World Health Organisation as the 2nd healthiest place to live in the world. The promenade walk (approximately 4km long) extends from Los Coloradas via the Marina Rubicon to Dorada Beach (Golden Beach) to the centre, (which hosts the smallest of the 3 main beaches) onto the harbour, and finally to Flamingo Beach/ Lagoon and the luxurious Hotel Timanfaya, to the West of the village. Along here are many exciting shops, restaurants and bars that offer a wonderful selection of Canarian merchandise and food - particularly seafood.
