Villa en Roca is located in the exclusive quiet development of Las Coloradas. The detached villa is comfortably furnished to a high standard and set in a peaceful location with mature gardens. All doors open out onto the terrace/pool area. The private swimming pool has a roman end with gentle steps for ease, solar heating and an outdoor shower. There is a chimney BBQ with patio area, there is also is a separate patio area with a part shaded section, sun loungers, table and chairs. The villa has been equipped and furnished with holidaymakers in mind and you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday. . Our friends who live nearby will be available if there is anything you need to make your holiday one to remember!

The villa is located within a 10/15 minute walk from the fabulous Papagayo Beaches and within easy reach of bars, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a playground for the children in the village of Las Coloradas where you will find restaurants and a couple of bars along with a 5 star hotel. The promenade which is a few minutes stroll from the villa takes you to the beautiful Marina Rubicon where there are fine restaurants, designer shops and waterfront bars. Further along the promenade will bring you to Dorada Beach which is a lovely sheltered bay with watersports and cafes and bars located nearby, carry on walking along the promenade will bring you into the centre of Playa Blanca where you find an assortment of bars and restaurants.

Had a great holiday at villa en la roca, the villa is situated in a lovely quiet area of playa blanca, very close to the marina rubicon and the papagayo beaches. The villa was very clean on arrival and well maintained by the owners, the pool was great - very private. We would highly recommend a holiday there and we will certainly be going back ourselves.

My wife and I have just returned from a great holiday at Villa en la Roca, the villa was cleaned to a very high standard and had everything we needed. We were surprised how spacious the villa, terrace/garden were, very private and ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Just a few minutes walk from the villa were a couple of very good restaurants, we particulary enjoyed casa nicholas so much so we went twice during our holiday, there is a supermarket a 10 minute walk from the villa but we found the supermarket at the marina rubicon (20 minutes walk) was better as it offered a fresh meat counter for our bbqs at the villa. Deborah was very helpful with any questions we had when booking the holiday and everything was just as described on the website. We will be returning again soon and have already recommended it to all our friends and family.

Nice villa, smaller than looks on pictures. Would not recommend for children as floor outside and around pool VERY slippery. Great for relaxation, peace and quiet. As already commented on, there is no welcome pack, as we arrived at midnight, could'nt have tea,coffee or water in morning. There are no shops within at least 20 mins walking distance. Directions are ok except for last part. Villa is not 200m up road more like 60m. Tip - turn immediate left at 4th tree! No-where does it say Villa En La Roca only villa 3.
Owner's Response: As described the villa is in a very peaceful and quiet location. The photos are a true likeness of the villa and many guests are surprised when arriving how spacious it is and have commented that the photos do not do it justice. We have had a lot of families with children of all ages who have enjoyed great holidays at the villa. If arriving late and you wish a welcome pack please let us know - this is not a problem. There are shops within a few minutes walk, the nearest supermarket is a 10 minute walk from the villa, there is another one which is approximately a 20 minute walk at the marina. The villa is easy to find but if you need assistance guests are given a local contact number to ring.

We had a very relaxing 10 nights at the villa. Its the first time we have stayed in a villa and would certainly recommend this one to our family and friends as the cleanliness was second to none. The equipment and facilities provided were excellent and the location was great, nice quiet area but would recommend a car for getting around in and supermarket shopping. Thanks to David, Jean and Debra for their help and advice. We hope to return again soon as we really like Playa Blanca and would not consider staying anywhere else now !

We had a really quite and peacefull two weeks in Villa en Roca just as we wanted, the villa was just as described on the web site which we booked it from and neither of us has any complaints apart from we had to leave when our two weeks were up. Thanks to David, Jean, and Debbie for all their help when needed. We would most certainly go back to the villa again and hope to do so.
Perhaps maybe a welcome pack of say water and milk would be a nice touch by the owners of the villa for those guests arriving late. extra bonus is the new bus service which leaves from about a 100 meters from the villa and takes you into Playa Blanca town in five minutes..cost one euro 15 cents.
