Villa De La Luz is an attractive villa in a quiet location on the exclusive, well landscaped development of Las Coloradas. It enjoys extensive views and has gardens to three sides, with south and west facing terraces for all day sun. The villa is elegantly and comfortably furnished with both traditional and modern Spanish furniture. It has two spacious bedrooms, one with a 6ft king-sized bed, one with twin beds, both have large built in wardrobes. There is a large, open plan living area, with patio doors to both terraces, and the beautiful heated swimming pool enjoys complete privacy. Also provided are comfortable sun loungers, a BBQ and a patio table and chairs, as well as an outdoor, solar heated shower.

Villa De La Luz is situated about a 10-minute walk to the first of the world famous Papagayo Beaches, renowned for their golden sands and clear water, an area of natural beauty unspoilt by modern development. For the less able the beaches are easily reached by car. To the centre of Playa Blanca it is about a 3/4 minute drive. Las Coloradas has its own beach with views to Fuerteventura. There are shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk and a lovely coastal promenade links Las Coloradas to the beautiful new Marina Rubicon, with its own stylish shops and restaurants.

  • Rates shown are for 2 persons: Please add £35.00 per person per week extra up to a maximum of 5 in total.
    As a condition of booking we will require a copy of your holiday insurance. This can be faxed or emailed.
    Bookings are normally from Thursday 3.00 pm to Thursday 10.00 am. Other transit days will be considered based on availability, please ask. A deposit of £100 per week (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of booking. The Balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    Clean linen and towels are provided each week. Beach Towels are not provided. PLEASE NOTE: for 10 day holidays, extra towels will be provided at the beginning of your holiday, but no mid term clean or linen change will be provided, unless specifically requested and paid for seperately, in which case please let us know how we can best assist you.
  • A welcome pack: - consisting, of tea, water, sugar, coffee, milk, biscuits, wine/cava is included in the above prices. We are happy to provide additional food for your holiday, please let us have your list, and you can pay us for this on your arrival. Car hire is available please ask for details. Rates shown can be subject to change, existing bookings taken where prices increase will be honoured.

    A PLAYSTATION 2 is also available for hire at 30 euros per week (subject to availability). However you must bring your own games and memory cards.

Las Coloradas: Is a carefully designed new area, giving greater access to the world famous Papagyo Beaches just on the outskirts of Playa Blanca has been developed, with great care so as not to disturb the natural beauty of the volcanic area in which it resides. Within the immediate area are 4 excellent Hotels, one in particular, the Volcan (5 Star). It is designed like a volcano. You are welcome in all these hotels.

Playa Blanca: is in the southern most part of Lanzarote. In 1994 it was officially declared a Reserve of the Biosphere by UNESCO and more recently was named by the World Health Organisation as the 2nd healthiest place to live in the world. The promenade walk (approximately 4km long) extends from Las Coloradas via the Marina Rubicon and Dorada Beach (Golden Beach) to the centre (which hosts the smallest of the 3 main beaches), onto the harbour, and finally to Flamingo Beach/ Lagoon and the luxurious Hotel Timanfaya, to the West of the village. Along here are many exciting shops, restaurants and bars that offer a wonderful selection of Canarian merchandise and food - particularly seafood.
