With no villa directly opposite, it provides its guests with a unique feeling of space and tranquillity. This quiet development is perfect for couples and families and provides the privacy and freedom that is not often obtained from the usual ‘busy’ complexes. Within walking distance of a few shops including restaurants, bars, mini-market and coffee shops and just a 5 minute drive from the beautiful safe beaches and the main shops and restaurants of Playa Blanca The villa is maintained to the highest standards and already has a string of repeat clients after only a very short amount of time in business. Playa Blanca is a beautiful resort that retains its original charm and sleepy atmosphere. At the southernmost tip of Lanzarote, it was once a small fishing village. It is now a flourishing but tranquil resort with beautiful beaches bordered by a picturesque restaurant-lined promenade. Playa Blanca has 40m of fine golden sand with placid waters and a beautiful promenade to the small harbour. Daily ferries to Fuerteventura Island.

  • The price above is per week, regardless of how many guests occupy the villa. A non-refundable deposit of £90 per week is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to travel - a reminder letter will be sent out.
  • The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and a midweek change of towels is supplied. Our daughter who lives in Lanzarote looks after the villa for us and is on hand to give any advice or assistance required.

spent two weeks at this villa was the most relaxing holday ever! the owners keep it spotless and were very helpful with all our troubles with XL! would thoroughly reccomend this villa
