Situated in the new luxury development of Faro Park, this beautiful villa is ideal for busy families who need a real holiday. Furnished with all the home comforts and finished to a very high standard, Casa del Verano provides the perfect family retreat. Casa del Verano has the benefit of its own private heated pools facing south-west, enabling it to be in the sun for most of the day. Switch on the underwater lights at dusk and enjoy a poolside barbecue. Being only 5 minutes walk from the sea, this is the ideal location to relax. The villa has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling. The living room comes equipped with TV / video and hi-fi. An attractive open archway spans a solid teak breakfast bar opening onto a beautiful kitchen area. The fully fitted kitchen has a full oven, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. Outside is a utility room with washing machine. Large patio doors lead out to the large terraces and heated private pool.

Playa Blanca is the most southerly resort on Lanzarote and has many advantages for those who are looking for sun, sea and sand as well as good fish restaurants that generally host the catch of the day. From Playa Blanca's seafront you can see across to Fuerteventura, which is a mere 11km by ferry. Ferries cross to the island several times a day from the main harbour.
