An external staircase leads down to a self-contained suit comprising of a double bedroom, a shower room, a spacious sitting room with American style fitted kitchen and a covered terrace. From the front door, additional steps give access to the sun terrace surrounding the 10m x 5m heated swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps. A portable BBQ, plenty of patio furniture and sun beds are provided. The villa has typical mature Canary-style gardens, off road parking and wonderful views across the coastline.
