Set in the beautiful Marina of Puerto Calero, this luxury beach house is within walking distance to the secluded coves, shops and restaurants. The house has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is fully air-conditioned. There is a private swimming pool that is electrically heated and has safety railings and lockable gates. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a table with seating for 6. The views of the sea and Marina are spectacular. You can relax looking out to sea watching the luxury yachts going in and out of the Marina. There is a 5 star hotel near by with fantastic facilities to pamper your every need. The house is fully equipped for children with video's, toys, highchair, baby bath, baby bouncer, monitor and cot. Internet available. 5ft double bed in master bedroom.

It is an ideal location for relaxing and enjoying many of the traditional restaurants, bars and cafes. Lanzarote is full of things to do and see. One of the most popular excursions on the islands operates around the Puerto Calero coastline. The submarine safaries offer the chance to take a peek below the shoreline. A 45 minute dive allows you to enjoy a truly underwater experience without getting wet. The variety of sea-life, the underwater lava formations and a small shipwreck, all make this a trip truly breath taking. Puerto Calero is only a short car ride from the biggest resort on the island, Puerto del Carmen. Puerto Calero offers high quality, beautiful surroundings that compliment the pace of life on Lanzarote.

We came back from a fantastic family holiday in this villa last Monday and I cannot recommend it enough, especially if you have young children. We were provided with numerous items to make the holiday safer and more fun for the kids, including baby monitor, high chair, stairgate, toys, books, baby bouncer, loads of videos and dvds. The villa was immaculate (obviously 5 years old or so, so a tiny bit of wear and tear) but the standard of cleanliness was very high and the kitchen had all the mod-cons and lookes brand new.
The resort its self is really nice, with a nice selection of bars and restaurants with very friendly staff. The supermarket was a little pricey, but well stocked. Very laid back pace and some beautiful yachts in the marina to watch while eating at one of the establishments down there.
We have never holidayed in the same place twice, but may find it hard to imagine being somewhere else for a while.
