Situated in the prestigious area of Los Mojones. Very easy walking (approximately ten minutes) to shops, restaurants, bars, shopping mall and sandy beaches. The Old Town is also within walking distance and boasts of its quaint harbour, excellent fish restaurants and tapas bars. The main villa and annexe are built on one level with many open and covered terraces to enjoy both the surrounding mature garden and the sea and mountain views. This villa has a very large attractively shaped private pool measuring 12 m x 5m which is solar heated throughout the year and also acclimatised during the winter months.
