Situated in the prestigious and well known area of Los Mojones. Very easy walking (approximately ten minutes) to shops, restaurants, bars, shopping mall and beaches. The fabulous Old Town is also within easy walking distance and boasts of its quaint harbour, excellent fish restaurants, shops and tapas bars. The main villa and annexe are built on one level with many open and covered terraces to enjoy both the surrounding mature garden also the sea and mountains. there is a magnificent large table for eating while enjoying the views also This villa has a very large attractively shaped private pool measuring 12 m x 5m which is solar heated throughout the year and also acclimatised during the winter months. Clients also have use of sauna and games room. There are many attractions to visit on the island and excursions can be arranged. The visit to the volcanic mountains are a must and can take up a full day enjoying the amazing sights, there is also a restaurant

  • Prices are per week from 26th Oct 2009 to 25th Oct 2010 Prices available on request after 25th October 2010.
    The above prices is for up to 4 persons. Additional people: £95 per week per person.
    From April to Nov if heated pool is available at the accommodation and it is requested for, there will be a charge of £100p.w.
  • We do require a security deposit of: £250, which is refundable subject to no damages, etc.
    Cots & extra bed available on request at £20.00p.w.
  • Maid service is provided.
    Other 2-5 bedroom villas and studios to 3 bedroom apartments available in Lanzarote.
