Notes to the rental rates

• TARIFF:
  Rates are for up to four persons staying in the villa. There is a charge of £95.00 per week for every extra person up to Six.
  Christmas and New year are just the one price of £1325.00 no additional person rate.
  We accept credit cards for payment with paypal.
  Please note that there is a 3.5% charge per Credit Card transaction when paying by Visa or Mastercard.

• Terms:
  Terms:Bookings are from 14.00 hrs on arrival date to 10.00 hrs on date of departure (we can sometimes be flexible depending on incoming or outgoing guests).
  A £200.00 per week deposit is payable on confirmation of bookings. Infants under 2 are free and are our guests
  The final balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.

Golf Course There is a NEW golf course just on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen 2 minutes away by car.. It is new and only opened this year. There is also another course in Costa Teguise about half an hours drive away. Lanzarote, the sun-kissed & the most easterly of the 7 main Canary Islands is claimed to be the most exclusive. The climate is dominated by north eastern trade winds and the warm Gulf stream producing glorious summer temperatures all year round. The main resorts are concentrated in the centre and south of the island, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, and Playa Blanca. The most popular resort is Puerto Del Carmen with over 5 kms of golden beaches, rocky divides, palm trees and only a five minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen, Villa Destino can be found. We only have two villas and our other location 'VILLA DEL SUENO' is furnished and maintained to the same high standard and can be found at property number 4961.

Car hire

We can arrange competitively priced Car Hire during your holiday here in Lanzarote with the largest and most reputable car hire company. Prices per week from 144.00 Euros for a Opel Corsa to 470.00 Euros per week for a Opel Vivaro(9 seater). Vehicles can be collected and returned to airport from an office in the arrivals hall of the airport upon arrival in Lanzarote. Prices include unlimited mileage, fully comprehensive insurance and taxes. Also child seats are available at no charge. (up to €35 per week from some othe car ental companies.)
