• The villa sleeps up to six persons. Minimum rental is one week. The property is booked from 2 p.m. on day of arrival until 10 a.m. on day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning and preparation of arrivals.

Villa Sharde

is a beautiful, very spacious villa which has been furnished to a high standard by the owners. There is a large entrance hall which leads through to a spacious living room with a picture window and patio doors leading on to the pool area. The kitchen is large and incorporates a dining area for six people. It is extremely well equipped with a double size oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and ample storage units and utensils. There is an iron and ironing board, toaster, and kettle.

Master Bedroom

has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in shower. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The bedrooms share a family shower room which has a large walk in shower.

The Exterior

boasts a 6.5 m. x 4.5 m. heated swimming pool, with Roman steps, which is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. Shallow end depth is 1.2 m. and deeper end is 1.5 m. The area around the pool is very sheltered and extremely private. There is a large covered area which is ideal for alfresco eating, protection from the sun, or for using as a BBQ area. There is a table and chairs for six people.
