Casa Elena 3 is a lovely new villa situated in the very popular area of Puerto Del Carmen. It is within easy walking distance of the Old Town and Harbour, where there is an excellent choice of local bars and restaurants. The long sandy beaches of Puerto Del Carmen are also nearby.

This is a lovely detached villa with its own private heated swimming pool. There are four bedrooms which sleeps up to eight people, making it ideal if you wish to share a holiday with friends or family. Puerto Del Carmen is one of the most popular resorts in Lanzarote. Close by is the Old Town and picturesque Harbour, which is particularly well known for its many fish restaurants.

| Notes: | This superb villa is very spacious and has been furnished to a very high standard. The large entrance hall leads through to a very spacious living room, which is extremely light, with patio doors leading out to the terrace area. There are two leather settees, TV with video and DVD player, and coffee table. There is a separate dining room, leading on to the kitchen. It is well equipped with dishwasher, full oven and hob, microwave oven fridge/freezer and all the usual kitchen utensils required for a self-catering holiday. There is a washing machine. There are four bedrooms, three of which are twin and one double. There are three full bathrooms, all with shower, vanity basins, w.c. etc. The outdoor area of the property has a heated swimming pool, walled on three sides to give maximum privacy. There is a purpose-built BBQ area for those wishing to cook. There is a table and chairs, and sun loungers and a large balcony, which can be accessed from the upstairs bedroom. |

Lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa, making it an all year round sunny climate. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the South, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone.
