The accommodation comprises of master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, family bathroom, living / dining room with American style fitted kitchen. The property is well equipped and comfortably furnished. Patio doors from the lounge lead out onto a shaded terrace. Extensive sun terraces and ornamental gardens surround a large 9m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps. Patio furniture, sun beds and a BBQ are provided. Pool heating is available at extra cost.

The bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen, once a small fishing village, now boasts all the facilities and amenities of a Spanish holiday town and is the island’s mot popular resort. Renting a Puerto del Carmen villa is a great way to enjoy a holiday in this beautiful part of Lanzarote. The resort has a beautiful wide sandy beach stretching for 5km, which is ideal for families. The old town and the harbour with its seafood restaurants are well worth a visit. Puerto del Carmen is situated approximately 12km south west of Arrecife Airport and can easy be reached by taxi or car in 20 minutes. Los Mojones is a residential area at the back of Puerto Del Carmen. It is in easy walking distance to the beach and the centre of Puerto del Carmen.
