Notes to the rental rates

• Rates are quoted in sterling for occupancy from one to four persons. Add 100 pounds sterling per week for each extra person over 3 years of age. For infants of 3 years and under there is no charge. Cots are supplied free of charge.
  Maximum occupancy is 6 adults + two infants under 3 years of age.
  
• Booking Terms:
  Upon confirmation of a booking, a deposit of £250 is required, the balance of the rental must be paid within eight weeks of the day of arrival. Failure to do so may result in the villa being returned for sale and possible forfeiture of the deposit.
  A damage and breakage deposit of £100 or equivalent in euros is payable in cash upon arrival in addition to the total rental cost of the villa.
  The damage and breakage deposit will be returned on the day of departure at the end of the clients' stay, subject to confirmation from the manager of the villa.

The villa was built in 1979 by the present owners to a very high specification. The design was by a renowned designer who worked with Cesar Manrique on a number of projects on the island. The house reflects many features of the island architecture. There are, effectively three bedroom suites with private terraces offering a quiet corner with a different view at any time of the day. The furnishings in the villa were custom made in the local style of a very high quality and there are antique pieces. There have been several refurbishments over the years the latest in 2004 and 2005 when a major upgrade was undertaken. Although the villa is not specifically fitted for the disabled client, it was built for ease of access, all on one level and has proven to be user friendly for persons of restricted mobility. For infants of 3 years and under, a cot is provided free of charge.
