Casa Fina is situated in a premium central location, just 5 minutes from the main beach. A luxury detached villa, centrally situated in an elevated position with distant sea views within Residential Timanfaya, a quiet area of detached villas close to all the amenities of the main resort. The sea front and main Puerto del Carmen beach together with the shops, bars and restaurants on the Avenida Las Playas are a 5 minute walk away. A 10 minute walk takes you into the Old Town and harbour with its many shops and restaurants. A car is not necessary and a taxi from the airport costs approx 10 Euro.

Casa Fina enjoys a premium location. The Villa is only a short 5 minute walk to the centre of Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen´s main beach. This one kilometre stretch of golden sand is bordered by a beautiful promenade. The calm waters here are ideal for windsurfing. Pedaloes are available for hire. Arrecife is a 10 minute drive away with a taxi costing approx 12 Euro. Due to the closeness of both the airport and the central position of Casa Fina, a car is not essential. The villa is close to all the amenities of the main resort. The sea front and main Puerto del Carmen beach together with the shops, bars and restaurants on the Avenida Las Playas are a 5 minute walk away. A 10 minute walk takes you into the Old Town and harbour with its many shops and restaurants. Within the same walk is the new Biosfera Plaza shopping centre. Casa Fina has 3 advantages over properties in most other areas in Puerto del Carmen - location, location and location!
