Villa Florella is situated in the lively village of Tías, within easy walking distance from Tias´ many restaurants, bars, bakeries and shops. The new 18 hole golf course 'Lanzarote Golf', which opened in March 2008, is close by, only a 2 minute drive away down the hill towards Puerto del Carmen. The Shopping Mall 'Biosfera' is only a short drive away - it is open 7 days a week, all day long and is great for brand names.
The villa is only a 10 minute drive from the golden beaches and entertainment in the tourist resort Puerto del Carmen. Villa Florella is the perfect choice for those who prefer to be in a quieter location yet within easy reach of the amenities of the main resort. Tias is centrally located on the island, within easy reach of the main dual-carriage way which runs from Arrecife to Playa Blanca, and is an ideal location from which to explore the island.
It is only a 10 minute drive to Puerto Calero, the luxury Yachting Harbour, which is a lovely place for a stroll around the shops, to have a drink or to eat out. Many sailing excursions leave from here. The Theme Park Rancho Texas is a 10 minute drive away from the villa. It's a great day out for the family, with it's animal and bird shows.
