Detached villa in a quiet area, less than 5 minutes stroll from shops, restaurants and Los Pocillos/ La Luz beaches. One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom, with en suite, twin bedroom separate bathroom , lounge, fully fitted kitchen, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, utility room with washing machine. Garden and patio, private pool 8 m x 3 m (heated), hot tub, barbecue, Digital satellite TV, DVD Video recorder, a selection of discs and tapes available, safe, iron & board and hairdryer, cushioned sun loungers, patio furniture and umbrella, towel and bedding change, twice weekly. The villa has air conditioning

Los Pocillos is a huge beach at the quiet end of Puerto del Carmen. It is an excellent point to explore the whole of the island. There is a good bus service to all places on the island and lots of taxis available at reasonable prices. The promenade walk will take you all the way to Arrecife.

Well equipped family villa: We have over the last 3 years re-furbished Villa Zoe to a high standard. The villa has mature garden areas with lanzarote rock walls all round making it private for the hot tub and swimming area (.08mtrs shallow end graduating to 1.5 mtrs deep end) ,and sunbathing. It is situated in a quiet area ,but is within walking distance to all amenities. shops, restaurants, bars. Rancho Texas,the new golf course due to be finished around the beginning of 2009 is only a 5 minute drive away. We have a local company who looks after the villa for us security, cleaning any problems with the villa during your stay ( there is a local contact number.) The prices quoted are for the villa not per person.

Arrivals and Departures: The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure to enable the cleaners access. These times are approx depending on your flight times Luggage can be left in the utility room (at your own risk)

Warm weather out of Season: Because Lanzarote is situated further South it has excellent warm weather all year round and is ideal for out of season holidays the flying time from the UK is approx 3hrs 45minutes

High Standard Home from Home - October 2009

Our family of 6 (aged from 2 to 69) have just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Zoe. The villa is very clean and tidy and was a perfect base for our holiday. It is set in a quiet location but you don't have far to walk to get to the action.

It is located within walking distance of the Los Poscillos Beach. This beach is great for kids, lots of space and shallow water. Great snorkelling and rock pools.

There are bars/restaurants within walking distance as well.

The maids, pool man and property manager were all very pleasant and helpful, as are the owners.

We enjoyed Lanzarote. We visited the national park to look at the volcano and the green caves and jameous del agua. All worth a visit. We also visited the Ceasr Manrique foundation. There are lots of nice littl beaches off the main roads so hire a car and explore. As a treat we took our son on the submarine that operates out of Puerto Calero, expensive but definitely worth it.

We would definitely recommend Villa Zoe and I am sure we will be back.

We stayed in villa zoe last year and found it to be situated within walking distance of the beach and the main resort. rancho texas is about a 1 minute drive which is great if you have children. we found our holiday with 2 children ideal due to the private pool and hot tub. we will definately be booking again, very soon at villa zoe

We stayed in Villa Zoe in Oct 06, there were four of us in our party, two children and two adults. The villa is situated in a great part of the resort, away from the noise but close enough to enjoy what the resort has to offer, within walking distance.

The villa was very clean and very comfortable, with good quality fixtures and fittings, infact some of our "neighbours" were jealous of the outside furniture as it was more comfortable than theirs.

We used the Hyde Park reception it is handy for ordering taxis, using the internet and using their shop for bread and milk etc.

We have booked again for 2008 and are looking forward to returning. You will not be disappointed if you book this villa.
