Had a wonderful time in this villa, we wanted to recharge
our batteries and this villa did that and more. Private, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The pool was fantastic for cooling down and is also a good size. Kitchen very well equipped, although, would have been useful to have some cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and such like. About a 10 to15 min walk down hill to harbour, good size supermarkets about the same. Taxi's back up the hill after shopping or after a night out between 2.50 to 4 euros depending on the time (after midnight most expensive ). Villa, pool area and surrounding gardens clean and very well maintained. Sky TV had many watchable channels, news, films & sport. (no BBC). DVD player would have been more useful than video, although this is built into the TV, as would a HDMI connection on TV to make it possible to watch DVDs via a computer.
Only missing the the finishing touch of a big bottle of cold water waiting for you in the fridge when you arrive from the airport dehydrated and dreading the trek to go find some. We have stayed in many self catering apartments/villas all over the world and I would say this is the only one that surpassed our expectations, despite the few minor comments which I hope the owners take as constructive criticism, we would definitely stay again and would love to go with the rest of the family to fill out all the rooms and take advantage of the barbeque and dining area in the garden.
