There are patio doors leading on to a lovely, secluded terrace.

A lovely two bedroom villa, offering you a holiday in a much sought after and tranquil area of Los Mojones. It is ideal for a small family, or even friends who want to share their holiday together. There is a spacious lounge, with comfortable leather settees, TV with some satellite channels, a DVD player and additional furniture.

Swimming Pool and Garden Area

Fully heated swimming pool, with Roman steps into the pool itself. Pool depths are 1 m. shallow end and 1.4 m. deep end. The spacious sun terrace is equipped with table and chairs, sunbeds and a BBQ for those wishing to try their hand at cooking. There are gardens surrounding the patio area and a wall which makes the villa very private.

Kitchen

There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and all associated equipment needed for self catering. There is a washing machine. A door leads out onto the patio and swimming pool area.
