This villa, one of a row of 6, is bright, airy and very spacious. It is in one of the prime positions on the site, facing the open squares and gardens, yet close enough to the pool area to keep an eye on what is going on, far enough to be quiet. On the ground floor there is a large lounge comfortably furnished with good sized TV and video, quality hi-fi and a dining area for 6. It opens onto the front patio furnished with table, parasol, chairs and own sunbeds for lazing in the sun. Also downstairs there is a separate fully fitted kitchen including table and seating for 4 (door leading to rear small patio with washing machine and laundry drying area), a bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and toilet and two twin bedrooms. Upstairs is a second bathroom, equipped as downstairs and the master bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes (safe inside) and access to the large upstairs patio for even more sunbathing.

General location - chilling out

This is a superb site to just chill and lose all the stresses of real life. The complex is mostly residential and quiet. The area behind has been reserved for a golf course. If you are after a wild, party holiday then this site is not for you - Although there is plenty of this going on in Puerto Del Carmen if you fancy a change. In the marina there is a superb range of restaurants, all very reasonable priced, and Club del Mar is probably the best on the island and well worth at least one visit during your stay.

General location - site seeing

Because of its central coastal position and it's proximity to the main LZ-2 road (approx. 2km away) this is also an excellent location to start any sightseeing trips. The island has loads to see and do and if you are not familiar with the culture the first stop must be Manriques Foundation, about 20 minutes away. Manrique was a native of the island, a contemporary of Picasso, and instrumental in establishing guidelines to stop the over-development of the island - as an example all buildings are not much more than a couple of stories high and the only high rise block in the capital is being demolished. Manrique sites include Mirador del Rio, Cactus Gardens, Contempoary art museum, Fire Mountain and Jameos del Agua. The north of the island is an absolute dream and a complete contrast to the developed south - an absolute must for you to visit.
