Additional information about rental rates

  • Minimum rental is one week from Thursday to Thursday. The property is available to clients from 2 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10am on departure day. Provisional bookings can be made by phone or e-mail. However, written confirmation of bookings will only be issued upon receipt and clearance of deposit payment. This deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation by the client. One third of the total cost of the rental is payable as the 'deposit' with the remaining 2 thirds payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. The cost of the reservation is payable in FULL on bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. Should for any reason the balance not be received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

  • CANCELLATION by the client. Cancellations charges will be levied as follows: 8 weeks prior to departure - Loss of deposit, 6-8 weeks prior to departure - 50% of holiday cost, 4-6 weeks prior to departure - 80% of holiday cost, less than 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of holiday cost. CANCELLATION by the agent by the agent. Our liability is limited to the availability of the accommodation for the actual dates booked and confirmed. In the unlikely event of the property not being available due to unforeseen circumstances (fire, floods etc), every effort will be made to find suitable alternative accommodation, if this is not possible, then the full amount that has been paid will be refunded. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for aspects of your holiday that are out of our control - threats of war, terrorist activities, government actions, technical problems-delays with air-craft etc.

Notes: Casa Lisa is a recently built villa - all the rooms are on one level and the villa itself has been built to an extremely high standard. For safety reasons and added security the villa offers a safe which is free of charge. There is also a Iron and Ironing Board along with a hairdryer available. For your added comfort, the lounge/dining area has been fitted with 2 ceiling fans with additional ceiling fans installed in all of the 3 bedrooms. Additional desk top fans are available for hire (if necessary) along with highchairs, pushchairs and cots etc. For your convenience, this can be arranged before your arrival (please advise at time of booking) from a local agent.

Lanzarote: Lies approximately 60 miles off the North West Coast of Africa making it an all year round destination. From the breathtaking views at the most northern tip of the Island, to the golden sandy beaches of the south, whatever you decide to do, there is something for everyone. Although car hire is not absolutely necessary, it is recommended to see many of the attractions of Lanzarote. Should you wish to hire a car during your visit to Lanzarote, please remember to bring your driving licence with you. Car hire is available through a local reputable company who we can put you in touch with.

The Swimming Pool : measures approx 3 x 6 metres and has an average depth of 1.4 metres and is solar heated for your comfort. Please be advised that children should be attended at all times whilst using the swimming pool. In order to help maintain the temperature of the swimming pool, there is a pool cover provided (generally the pool is kept covered at night).

Mobility: Although the interior of the property has not been specially adapted to accommodate persons who rely solely on the use of a wheelchair, persons with a degree of mobility will be able to facilitate all areas of the accommodation.

We enjoyed a week in Casa Lisa in the middle of July. The villa was even better than we were expecting, it had everything in it you could possibly need. The pool was great, a real luxury. The villa was located in a good area within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach - we really liked El Balandro restaurant in the same street as the villa.

Wonderfully clean and spacious villa. It is ideally located set back from the main strip of puerto del carmen. A leisurely stroll down to the restaurants, about 10-15mins depending on your sunburn! We stayed out late and took a taxi back up for a few euro. But the area seemed safe enough to walk through at night. Convenient grocery shop just 5 minute walk away. The kitchen contained everything you need if you wish to use it. Bathrooms were clean and fresh and villa really felt homely. Floors are tiled throughout and easy to keep clean and nice and cool. Fans in the living area and bedroom were much appreciated!
Outdoor pool also kept very clean and a lovely temperature. It is not as big as we had imagined but was fine for cooling off in.
My only complaint is that there is no shade around the pool or main side of the house between 12 & 4pm approx.
But great villa - and a very tasty restaurant just opposite - El Balandro. What more would you need!

the villa was a real home from home experiance , very clean and comfortable ,and well maintained the owner came to see us the following day after our our arrival , and made us feel very welcome . it was our first ever visit to lanzarote , we thought it was a very beautiful island with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from . i would definatley recommend this holiday to our friends
