This luxurious detached villa approached through double gates, conveniently located in a quiet residential area of Los Mojones. The sandy beach and central Avenue of Puerto del Carmen are just 1.4km away. There is a good selection of restaurants, shops and a supermarket within 10 minutes walk. The elegant and well designed villa has a grand entrance hallway with a sweeping stair case to the first floor. The accommodation is on one level from here and comprises of a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, three twin bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a family bathroom. There is a spacious ‘L’ shaped lounge, with bar and a separate TV area. The dining room has a sold marble topped table with seating for eight people. Both rooms have double doors to a breakfast terrace, which has sea views. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV that receives English channels, a DVD Player and a stereo system. The old town and the harbour with its seafood restaurants are well worth a visit. Puerto del Carmen is situated approximately 12km south west of Arrecife Airport and can easy be reached by taxi or car in 20 minutes. Los Mojones is a residential area at the back of Puerto Del Carmen. It is in easy walking distance to the beach and the centre of Puerto del Carmen.
