Our luxury villa is situated in the Spanish village of Tias which is just a just 10 minutes drive away from the resort of Puerto del Carmen. Casa Con Vista has fabulous views of the sea. The villa has 3 bedrooms, (1 king, 1 double and 1 twin) The double is en-suite and there is a family bathroom. Both bathrooms have double sinks, the family bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. There is a large lounge/dining room with sky TV and music system. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside there are 2 large patio areas. The top patio area has a table and chairs and barbeque. The lower patio has private heated pool 10x6 metres with sun loungers. Both patio areas have magnificent sea views. Both patio areas have large parasols for shade during those long sunny days during winter and summer. The villa is tiled throughout and is immaculate.

Notes: There are 2 additional single beds to enable 8 persons to sleep comfortably in our villa and these can be put in any of the bedrooms very easily. A child gate is also provided. English sky satellite TV is provided. An iron and ironing board are also provided. There is also a toaster in the kitchen. We provide all towels for the use at our villa and these are changed on Monday's and Thursday's. If you are staying for 2 weeks the villa will be cleaned after 1 week. The swimming pool is electrically and solar heated and is cleaned twice a week.

Tias, Lanzarote: Casa Con Vista is in the lovely village of Tias. The property is on a large plot of 1000sq metres. It is in a very quiet road and has no properties overlooking. The views are magnificent and from the 2 large windows in the lounge you have sea views. All local shops, bars and restaurants are only a 2 minute drive away. The local people are very friendly and the majority of them speak English!! Car hire is recommended and can be arranged from £75.00 per week.

Lanzarote: is 60 miles off the North West coast of Africa, the climate is dominated by the northeastern trade winds and the warm Canary stream produces glorious summer temperatures all year round. The average temperature during the winter months is 22oC. There are breathtaking views to the North of the Island to glorious sandy beaches in the South. The island has many places of interest to visit including Timanfaya National Park, which is an amazing phenomenon created by volcanic eruptions over 250 years ago. In the North of the island you will find Cuevas de los verdes (the green caves) which are lava tunnels produced by the volcanic eruptions. They are one of the longest in the world, stretching 7 kms below the sea and visitors can walk 1.5kms down into them.

Puerto Del Carmen: is situated on the South coast and is the most popular resort area on the island. The resort is only a 10 minute drive from the villa. The resort has many restaurants, bars and shops. Water sports are very popular and the area is well equipped for scuba diving, deep sea fishing, jet skis, wind surfing, parasending and boat hire. There are 2 Go Kart tracks within a 10 minute drive from the villa. The Premier golf course on the island is at Costa Teguise, which is a 15 minute drive. Visitors are very welcome and play all year round on this magnificent golf course. There is now a BRAND NEW GOLF COURSE recently opened between Tias ans Puerto Del Carmen. Non members are welvome all year round.

Other Activities: Jet skis, boat trips and catarmaran excursions.

The description given for this excellent accomodation is 100% accurate.
The property is luxurious and is very clean and well maintained.
We were contacted within 24 hours of our arrival to check that everything was to our satisfaction.
We shall certainly be returning in the future and have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful villa to work colleagues,family and friends.

This was our 6th visit to Lanzarote and 3rd stay in a villa in Tias (first time in this villa) Tias is a very central base for your holiday with a good supermarket and several good restaurants and cafes.
We arrived at the villa around 8.30pm and first appearances were good, although we were slightly disappointed that there was only a small bottle of water and no welcome pack left for us - this is the first villa we have stayed in anywhere in the world which did not have. The local supermarket was closed but thankfully we knew where to locate a supermarket to stock up with the basic essentials but had this been our first visit to the island it could have caused some problems therefore feel that this would be a welcome addition to the villa - as would a hairdryer, beach towels and cushions for the lounger deck chairs which could be quite uncomfortable.
The villa is very light and airy with lovely views and on the surface was clean but there could have been more attention to detail. The cutlery tray was dirty although the cutlery appeared to be clean. In the main bedroom on one of the bedsheets it looked as though an insect had been squashed which had marked the sheet and the top cover was also slightly dirty around the base - not exactly the start to our holiday we had hoped for.
Once we had these issues resolved, we did enjoy the holiday and the villa.
One of our favourite restaurants on the island is Portobello in Costa Teguise at Las Cucharas shopping plaza and if you like Italian food is well worth a visit - they do an early bird menu which is excellent value.

10.00pm. We have never had complaints of cleanliness of our villa in the
last 7 years of ownership.All of our guests are very happy with the
cleanliness of our villa

This was our 2nd vist to Casa Con Vista because we enjoyed it so much.The villa is located in a quite residental village on the side of a mountain. It is immaculately clean very spacious and well equipped with every thing you need and more.It has stunning sea veiws from the sun terrace and a large pool with a secluded area for sunbathing.
It is only 5-10 minutes drive to the beaches at Puerto del Carmen and Playa Honda. Both have excellent restaurants, 3 course set meal from only 10 euros, and for the more energetic you can hire various bicycles and ride for miles on the cycle route along the sea front.

We have no hesitation in recommending this luxury villa to anyone. Thanks for another great holiday.

Amazing Villa

Stayed at casa con vista in August 08 for 1 week, and it was one of the best holidays I've had! The villa was immaculate, the cleaners had obviously just been in and cleaned the place thoroughly. The villa has got a lovely large pool that was never cold, a stunning view of the sea from the terrace, a big family room, a big kitchen (that has everything you could need), a utility room and 3 large bedrooms. The location of the villa is also another big plus. Although its a 5 minute drive from the beach and restaurants, it is close to a super market and a little town, but at the same time it is far enough away from everything to make it peaceful and quite!

I have already made enquiries about going back next year, and would recommend the villa to anyone.
