The villa is situated Los Mojones, the most exclusive part of Puerto del Carmen. It is a quiet tranquil area but within striking distance of the main attractions of the resort. It is a 10 minute walk to the old town and picturesque harbour with a fantastic range of restaurants and shops. This includes a new indoor shopping centre at the Biosfera with its designer shops and play areas for children. There are all sorts of excursions, boat trips and sports activities including diving. There is also horse riding and camel riding just on the outskirts A trip to the volcanic Timanfaya National Park is a must.

    The price of the villa includes a complementary welcome pack, safe and English speaking management team who are on call 24 hours.
    All prices are based on four people sharing. Additional guests are charged at a rate of £60 per person per week up to a maximum of 8. Children under 2 stay free.
  • A deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 2 months prior to departure. The rental rates include water, electricity, garden and pool maintenance, linen and bath towels. Midweek maid service and fresh towels are also included. One travel cot and highchair provided free of charge.

  • The master bedroom has a gorgeous leather king size bed with rustic wooden and cane bedside tables. There is a luxurious large fully tiled en-suite bathroom, with bath, walk in shower, marble topped twin vanity unit and WC. Patio doors lead directly onto the terrace and pool area. There is an elegant 4-poster bed in the second master bedroom with matching bedside tables. This room also has its own fully tiled en-suite bathroom with a full-body jet-shower. The third and fourth bedrooms both have beautiful pine twin beds and matching bedside tables and lamps. They are situated next to each other and share a fully tiled separate shower room with shower, basin and WC. All the bedrooms are fully furnished with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, duvets, mirrors and superior quality bed linen.

Externally: There is a huge pergola with terracotta-tiled terrace immediately outside the whole of the rear of the villa, providing some welcome shade in the sunny, south-facing garden and pool area. This terrace has a large round table with seating for 8 people and an additional seating area with a large rattan sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. The rest of the garden provides a large terraced area with ample space for sunbathing on 8 comfortable sun loungers. The large pool (8mx4m) is solar heated and access is via large steps in the shallow end. There is also a barbecue and a variety of plants including cacti in the rest of the garden.

Living areas: Lounge: Spacious sitting room with 2 large leather sofas and pouffe, original Indonesian rustic furniture, Sky Digital TV with limited channels, DVD and Video player, CD player, gas-fired log effect fireplace. There is an additional separate curved banquette seating area. Dining Room: A stunning room with a unique lava rock feature wall running the length of the room and a Canarian-style timber ceiling. Full wall length folding concertina-style doors lead out onto the terrace, shaded by an enormous pergola and then onto the pool area. The doors push back fully allowing alfresco or indoor dining as required; a beautiful cherry wood dining table with 8 chairs and matching sideboard is the focus of the room. There are archways into both the kitchen and the lounge, making the whole living area feel open plan. Kitchen: An exceptionally large tiled kitchen, fully fitted with washing-machine, dishwasher, touch control Halogen hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, black granite worktops.

My family and I spent a fabulous 2 weeks at Casa Gabriella in July 2008. I can only say that the experience far excceeded what we expected. The villa was fantastic, set just outside the old port of Puerto del Carmen within easy walking distance to the harbour, shops, resturaunts and beach, Having seen other properties in this exclusive area this property was by far the best.

Myself and 6 friends stayed in this villa in May 2009 for a week.The house was brilliant,it supplied everything you could possibly want and was spotless clean.There was plenty of room ,we never felt we were tripping over each other because it was so spacious.The beds were the most comfortable we ever had on holiday.The master bedroom is really lovely with its own bathroom and double doors leading out to the pool.There was lots of games,playing cards,books,dvds and cds there for everyones enjoyment.It was less then 10 mins walk to the old town,or 3 euro in a taxi,where there was plenty of places to eat.There is a really nice restaraunt called Quentins about 10 mins walk away.We also had a really great night in Rancho Texas which is about 10 mins drive away.Really good size pool too with lots of outdoor seating area .I would highly reccomend this villa to anyone.The owner Debbie is really informative,very friendly and nice to deal with.All in it was a great holiday and we will definetly return.
