This superb villa is equipped to the highest standard and situated just outside the Spanish village of Tias with fabulous views down to the sea. The spacious and luxurious villa was built in 2005 and offers three large bedrooms (two double and one twin) and two bathrooms, one en-suite, large lounge/dinning room with digital satellite TV, DVD and music system. The kitchen is fully equipped to include Fridge/Freezer, a microwave and dishwasher. Outside there is a private 7m x 4m Heated pool with ample sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and a barbeque.

Lanzarote ´Isle of Dreams´: Lanzarote, the sun-kissed most easterly island of the 7 main Canary Islands, is claimed to be the most exclusive. The climate is dominated by north eastern trade winds and the warm Canary stream producing glorious summer temperatures all year round. The main resorts are concentrated in the center and south of the island, Puerto del Carmen, Costa Teguise, and Playa Blanca. The most popular resort is Carmen with over 2 km of golden sand, rocky divides and palm trees. Only a six minute drive away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto del Carmen Casa Las Cuestas can be found.

Lanzarote: Lanzarote: is perfect for a fabulous sunshine holiday, it lies in a sub-tropical location just 60 miles from Africa. There are many sites to see that have been created by the volcanic activity over thousands of years. Timanfaya National Park is an amazing phenomenon, where if a stick is pushed into the ground it will catch fire immediately due to the heat in the ground. Cuevas de los verdes (the green caves) are lava tunnels produced by volcanic eruptions. These are one of the longest in the world, stretching 7 km below the sea and visitors to the caves can walk 1.5 km down into them. Some of the volcanic soils are very fertile and the Island has its own 'wine region' from which the delicious Malvasia wine is produced.

More Lanzarote: Puerto del Carmen is very well equipped for water sports scuba diving, deep sea fishing and windsurfing. Near to Tias are 2 first class Go kart tracks each with bar’s and restaurant facilities. 15 minutes drive north takes you to Costa Teguise were the island’s premier golf course can be found (so bring your clubs).

Property was excellent and met all of our expectations .
Ted Earl the owner was more than accomodating , he met us at the airport and guided us to the accomodation even though it was late at night .( He also helped us back tot he airport with some of the bags .
A welcome pack was provided that gave us coffee etc. until we could get to the market the next day .
I would recommend a car for this property unless you just want to chill by the pool .
very enjoyable holiday , would recommend this property and to anyone .
