This superb villa is equipped to the highest standard and situated just outside the Spanish village of Tias with fabulous views to down the sea. The spacious and luxurious villa was built in 2003 and offers four large bedrooms (two twin,two double) and three bathrooms, one en-suite , large lounge/dining room with digital satellite TV, video and music system. The kitchen is fully equipped to include Fridge/Freezer a microwave and dishwasher. Outside there is a private 9m x 4m HEATED pool surrounded by a large terrace with ample cushioned sun loungers, outdoor dining furniture and barbeque, all within pleasant gardens.

Lanzarote: Lanzarote: is perfect for a fabulous sunshine holiday, it lies in a sub-tropical location just 60 miles from Africa. There are many sites to see that have been created by the volcanic activity over thousands of years. Timanfaya National Park is an amazing phenomenon, where if a stick is pushed into the ground it will catch fire immediately due to the heat in the ground. Cuevas de los verdes (the green caves) are lava tunnels produced by volcanic eruptions. These are one of the longest in the world, stretching 7 km below the sea and visitors to the caves can walk 1.5 km down into them. Some of the volcanic soils are very fertile and the Island has its own 'wine region' from which the delicious Malvasia wine is produced.

More Lanzarote: Puerto del Carmen is very well equipped for water sports scuba diving, deep sea fishing and windsurfing. Near to Tias are 2 first class Go kart tracks each with bar’s and restaurant facilities. 15 minutes drive north takes you to Costa Teguise were the island’s premier golf course can be found (so bring your clubs)
