Private Complex with Roof Top Swimming Pool, Sun Deck & Fantastic Sea Views. The apartment has one bedroom (Plus two very large sofa beds in the lounge) for a maximum of six occupants (Although very comfortable with 4 occupants) All floors are marble and there is a bright south facing terrace for dining or just relaxing in the sun. Built in 2005 the apartment has a fully equipped open plan kitchen, is maintained to a very high standard and is within easy access to all the entertainment areas.

Situated just 150 meters from the beach in the new resort of Palm Mar. The area is on the up as the resort is being developed with bars and restaurants but still maintains a quiet feel about it. The apartment is minutes from the new promenade which stretches along the sea front and contains a small children play area and seating to relax and soak up the sun.
