Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of 50% is required in order to confirm a booking. The rest can be paid upon arrival.
  Cancellation fees: Until 6 weeks before arrival, loss of 100 Euros (to cover administrative fees), within 6 weeks before arrival 50 percent of the full amount.
  
• WELCOME PACK: There will be a bottle water and a bottle rosado wine in the fridge upon arrival.
  Upon arrival: Owners shall welcome you and show you the apartment.
  
• Responsibility: No responsibility is accepted for loss, accident or injury personal or otherwise suffered by anyone whilst staying at the apartment and it is recommended that all occupants take adequate travel insurance.

Car can be picked-up at south or north Airport of Tenerife or in any other place on the island.
