Notes to the rental rates

  • The apartment sleeps two comfortably, or four when using the sofa bed. A supplement of twenty five pounds per week is charged, per guest, for the the third and fourth guest.
  • A supplement of one hundred and twenty five pounds is charged for the weeks spanning Christmas and New Year. (This is the charge for two guests...the extra 25.00 pounds per person will be added on top for the third and fourth guest.)

Lovely spacious clean apartment. Comfortable beds and sofa bed, plenty of storage, washing machine, air conditioning, extra large balcony. Would stay here again!
