Fully refurbished 2 Bedroom apartment on a quiet privately owned complex with private sun terrace, balcony and BBQ area. 2 Double bedrooms, both with large fitted wardrobes with air conditioning units; sleeps 6 people (sofa bed in lounge). Large bathroom with a double vanity unit and large mirror compliments this newly decorated bathroom. South facing balcony with privacy to sit in the wonderful Spanish sun, with views of hills and sea in the background. An ideal place to relax after a long day. Complex located within easy reach of beach, restaurants, and bars, but far enough away not to be affected. Torviscas beach has a variety of water sports available with lifeguards patrolling the beach. Aqua Park and Sky Park and Go-karting close by. Supermarket on site. A few minutes walk from the apartment is a newly built complex which includes a 7 screen cinema, a large supermarket, a good choice of restaurants (including Hollywood's) and numerous shops, cafes and bars.

The bustling town of Torviscas has a large choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Further afield Los Cristianos and Playa de al Americas are approximately a 10 minute bus ride. There are trips from the port at Los Cristianos to islands in the area with whale and dolphin safaris and deep sea fishing. There are also four, 18 hole golf courses near by, each within a 10 minute car/taxi ride. Local markets (Thursday and Sunday's). Further afield are Mount Teide and the Las Canadas national park. The newly opened Siam Park is the largest theme park in Europe, offering a diverse choice of attractions. It has been created with a touch of magic and stunning scenery and all completed to the very highest standards. There is something for everyone for all ages, from those seeking real adrenaline rush, an adventure world for children and those wanting to relax in comfort. Coupled with the great all year round sunshire the island is famous for, this is a visit not to be missed!

  • Payment terms: Rates quoted are based on four people sharing the apartment. Additional people incur an extra charge of £35.00 per person per week for cleaning and linen. £100 per week booking/damage deposit is required at time of booking to cover breakages and keys, which is fully refundable upon return of keys. Balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. As most flights to Tenerife are on a Friday, the apartment is normally let Friday to Friday. However this is flexible and we are able to accommodate flights arriving on other days. The apartment is usually available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Subject to booking arrangements other times may occasionally be accommodated. Please note in the event of you cancelling the booking the deposit is non refundable.

Further details on the local area (Torviscas): Atalaya Court is in an elevated position over looking the Atlantic sea and the resort of Costa Adeje. It is the ideal choice for those looking for a relaxing holiday in a peaceful setting. This is a quiet residential complex; ideal for couples and families, there is a small supermarket on site. A few metres from Atalaya Court are the Regency Club and the Neptuno (both of these complexes are open to non-residents). The Neptuno has a reception offering money exchange, photo developing and other services. On site a self-service launderette will be found, as well as Internet point, telephone, fax, pool bar, restaurant and an Old Tavern Bar. The on-site pool bar and the restaurant serve excellent meals with daily specials. For the active holiday maker there is badminton, table tennis and pool tables. The Regency Club has a 24 hour reception, swimming pool, hot tub, gymnasium, squash court, restaurant, bar and daily and evening activities where all holiday makers are welcome.

Golf: There are four, 18 hole golf courses near by, each within a 10 minute car/taxi ride.

Other Activities: Scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, whale and dolphin safaris.

Excellent Holiday!

Recently returned from a two week stay in August. The weather was great and we found the apartment to be very clean and spacious. The location was excellent for all local amenities and we didn't experience any traffic noise. Very good value for money - would definitely recommend!

Pleasant half term holiday

Very nicely presented and comfortable apartment that met all our needs for our holiday. Although motorway is close would not say that it is particularly noisy. Short 10-15 minute walk brings you to Fanabe beach and a good selection of bars and restauarants. Walk back is uphill but OK inless elderly/infirm - in fact it's good exercise after an evening meal! Apartment represents excellent value for money.

Relaxing & enjoyable week

My family, including two children, spent a wonderful week in Torviscas at the end of October. The apartment was bright, very clean, fully equipped and perfect for our needs. The complex was quiet and we seemed to have the pool to ourselves which we enjoyed. It is unusually laid out which makes it more attractive and there seemed to be quite a number of privately owned apartments. The balcony is spacious and we ate our breakfast & lunch out there most days. Although not at the beach front/main tourist area it is feasible to walk there (approx 10 mins) from the apartment; however, it must be noted that there were several busy roads to cross and the journey back is all uphill! Alternatively, there is a very nice Commercial Centre (shopping centre) closer with a reasonably priced, family friendly restaurant to the side. There are also a couple of other apartment complexes with restaurants nearby which mean you don't have to go too far to eat if you are tired. There is a well stocked small supermarket next to the Atalaya Court and a taxi rank at the top of the road. We were also able to walk to Aqualand, a local water park with a great Dolphin show. The owner was very helpful and answered my (many!) questions prior to our stay. The information on the website was very accurate so I felt we got exactly what we were led to expect.
We are already considering repeating the experience next year!

Great location for a relaxing holiday

Excellent private complex with a tranquil theme. Great sea views. 2 adults + 2 teenagers had plenty of room and found the apartment just what we were looking for. Swimming pool was kept clean regularly and well maintained. Mostly Spanish families who were polite and friendly. Good healthy walk to the town area but this build up a fine appetite. If you want a quite place to relax during the day and sleep well at night this won't be beaten. Go for it.
