This apartment is popular with families and couples. Top floor-newly fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob,breakfast bar & stools, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, iron with board, full bathroom, lounge area with sofa bed, standing fan,TV, DVD player, CD player, balcony with patio furniture, spiral staircase to ground floor twin bedroom, 2nd bathroom with newly fitted walk in shower, large fitted wardrobes, dressing table, hairdryer,tower fan and patio doors to private terrace. The apartment has a safety deposit box which is free of charge. Situated in the Torviscas/Fanabe area 500m from the seafront. The Mareverde complex is ideally located near a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants. It is only a few minutes walk from fashionable Puerto Colon Marina and 'Geranium Walk' which extends approximately 4 miles along the coast to Los Cristianos. The new famous Siam Park and Aqua Park are only short distances away with flumes, slides and dolphin shows (aqua park) . There are several attractions for fun and entertaining nights out suitable for all the family. Several good and very reasonably priced restaurants all on your door step. There is a superb supermarket with a wide range of products within a 3 minute walk from the complex with the option for shopping to be delivered straight to your door, if required.

San Eugenio shopping complex is about a 10 minute walk, but worth it, it has a very large underground supermarket and many fine shops. For the golf enthusiast there are 5 courses within easy travelling distance. Tenerife South airport is about 15 min taxi ride approx. 20-25 euros. Things to do on the island include visiting Las Canadas National Park, excellent water sports, golf, hiking, cycling, caving, a boat trip to see the whales and Dolphins, La Gomera Island or Los Gigantes cliffs, Spa’s, Casino’s, and a visit to the town of Orotava, where wines are produced. Loro Park in Puerto de la Cruz is definitely worth a visit – a lovely wildlife park.

Stayed at this appartment for my mams 60th birthday, had a fantastic time. Have been three times now and can't wait for my next visit. The location of the appartment is excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, bars, and shops. The pools on the complex are very clean and the sunbed hire is reasonable at 7 euros per week. The property was very clean and tidy and well equiped. There is a lovely italian restaurant at San Eugenio just a 15 minute walk from the appartment which is well worth a visit for a 3 course meal withplenty choice for 6.95 euros, and a pint of lager is only 1 euro. I would definately recommend this property to anyone as it is ideally located for all parties whether it be a quiet night your after or a more lively one.

First time in Tenerife and we were not disappointed! The apartment was light and airy and very spacious for the two of us. The apartment was clean and in high decorative order, definitely looks like it has just been redecorated. Excellent location for all amenities, particularly only a short walk to beaches, bars and restaurants without being noisy on an evening. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely consider another stay.

We booked this apartment last minute so were a bit unsure after reading mixed reviews.NO NEED.Apartment is bright and airy.There is a great kitchen/breakfast bar (looks brand new),there is a bathroom upstairs and to our surprise a great walk in shower downstairs.It looks as if the apartment has had a lot of work done recently as there was a nice new smell and feel about the place.A previous reviewer said this apartment advertised as "luxury", since returning home i've re-read the ad and this is not stated at all.Nor does it state that the picture in the ad is the view from the apartment.So in fairness this is a spacious well equipped apartment with ample storage space.The complex itself is in a great location for the beach,shops,bars and restaraunts etc.,First time for us in this area, overall a great week.

This apartment is very well situated and reasonably priced. I stayed at this apartment in july and also in november with 3 friends all in our 20's. Its only about 5 minutes from the beach, local shops and restaurants, and is a short taxi ride from the airport. There are plenty of taxis that are reasonably priced to take you to Veronicas. The apartment was clean and tidy and has 2 bathrooms which is convenient when there are more than 2 people. There is a waterpark nearby,and boat trips from the local harbour.

The perfect base for any knid of holiday. A+

In May this year myself, my sister and our friend stayed in this apartment the apartment sleeps 4 people and if we had had another companion this would not have been a problem.
The apartment is very spacious, clean, well maintained and in a very good place for access to all the resort has to offer.
We spent days by the pool, sitting on the balcony or sipping cocktails at the complex bar.
By night we took the short taxi ride to the infamous Veronicas to party the night away or had dinner and drinks at some of the local bars and restaurants.
Over all I would recommend this apartment to anyone no matter what type of holiday you are looking for it is the perfect base to explore.
I will defiantly be staying here again but the next time it may be with my husband or maybe even my parents.
