Top floor 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment directly overlooks the pool and has fantastic views. There are three terraces (37m2 total), two of which are not overlooked (equipped with tables, chairs and sun lounger’s) and the apartment has the benefit of the sun all day. It is ideally situated just a five minute walk from either the Puerto Colon Yacht Marina with its seafront terrace cafes and international restaurants or the beaches at Puerto Colon, Playa de Torviscas and Playa de Fañabé. This imaginatively designed complex has studios and apartments set around well maintained gardens and two swimming pools one of which is heated during the winter season and both with poolside bars. The complex also contains shops, supermarkets and a variety of bars and restaurants some of which offer evening entertainment. The complex has many facilities including automatic cash till and internet access.

The apartment is in excellent condition, the position of all 3 balconies are excellent and a good size. Great for eating out or having a glass of wine on an evening whilst catching the evening sun. Everything was clean and the change linen and towells mid week was good.

All in all we had a wonderful holiday with our grandchildren and we would highly recommend the apartment.

Myself and 3 girls have just returned home from a fabulous holiday at this apartment.The apartment is very spacious with 3 large balconies with 2 having the last hours of the evening sun. The 2 bedrooms are a good size and plenty of wardrobe space.The apartment is well maintained, we had a little blip with the electric however after contacting the owners and local office all was dealt with within the hour(great service). We would all like to return sometime. The apartment is a short walk to Puerto Colon where there are many bars and resturants, are favs were The Old Lodge for food, cannot get better in our eyes also The Irish Rose wich is a great bar with great entertaiment. The compare and bar staff make you feel very welcome.

i stayed in this apartment 6 years ago, and on my recent visit with my family to tenerife stayed there again,i think its a fantastic apartment very spacious,it has fans in every room,and you have a fantastic view of the sea, and it is very clean,for the views you have to climb a small hill which could be a problem for some people.and also would not recomend it for people with small children as the balcony walls are quite low and could easily be climbed by them.

we stay 10 days in this appartment with two childs. i was verry nice and we have a good time. the equpment is not the newest but all is verry clean and i good technical conditions. the sunsey bay club is verry clean and privat. for small childrens is the children pool not so good, he is to deep and the poolborder is slippery ! for childrens up 3-4 years the pool is good ! we have a nice holiday !
