This lovely apartment is furnished to a high standard to ensure you have a relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. It is situated in the stylish del Duque area of Costa Adeje which is known for its upmarket restaurants and shops. The large terrace, 57sq m, benefits from all day sun with mountain and sea views. The lounge is tastefully furnished with a leather sofa-bed, TV, showing English channels, DVD, table with four chairs and a ceiling fan. The twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. A separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher leads to a utility room where there is a washing machine and ironing facilities. The large bathroom has double vanity unit, bath with shower and bidet. The lounge, bedroom and kitchen all open onto the sunny terrace which has a retractable sun canopy. Also supplied are beach towels and hairdryer.

Del Duque is the most prestigious area of Costa Adeje which is a select, cosmopolitan resort situated on the south west of the island. With 5 star hotels and designer shops it's the perfect place for people who value luxury. Ten minutes walk from the apartment is Playa del Duque which is considered the best beach on the island and is bordered by a lovely promenade which leads to the village of La Caleta and its famous seafood restaurants. A short walk in the other direction takes you to Fanabe where you will find numerous restaurants and bars. It is only five minutes drive to Costa Adeje golf course which is one of five courses within fifteen minutes drive.

Great Holiday complex

'This apartment is furnished to a high standard and immaculately clean, as is the whole complex. We loved the peace and quiet whilst being only 10 minutes from the beautiful Playa del Duque and the fabulous Plaza del Duque with it's select shops and restaurants. This area is so nice, not at all like the image Tenerife had in the past. Most of our days were spent on the sunny terrace or by the complex heated pool and then a short stroll in the evening took us to some fine eating places. On a couple of occasions we chose to have a night in and cooked a meal in the kitchen which is equipped with everything we needed. The DVD player is a nice touch for such evenings. I will recommend this apartment to friends and will definitely be returning.'

We arrived to find a clean spacious apartment ideally located within minutes walk of all amenities. The extra attention to detail really helped make our stay complete. The inclusion of directions,map and recommended eateries in the apartment info pack meant we could avail of local restaurants,shops with great ease. The pool area is located just one level up from this apartment and we found it to be clean and very well maintained at all times.

We have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

Just got back after spending a week in this apartment. We absolutely loved it. I am very familiar with Tenerife and the location was very peaceful but within a ten minute walk you reach either the busy Fanabe area or in the other direction the upmarket Del Duque area. The apartment instantly felt like home and it was clean and very well equipped. We loved the terrace area and in the height of Summer it was relief to escape to the shaded part to relax and read a book. We will certainly consider this apartment for our next holiday to Tenerife.

Had a lovely 10 days in the above apartment. Facilities great with lovely walks down to Del Duque Beach with short walks to Fanabe for pubs and entertainment. Local supermarkets also very near. Our family enjoyed our stay here, and would not hesitate to rent this property again and/or recommend this to friends. Many thanks.

We have just returned from our one month stay in this fabulous apartment within a lovely development. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday here in terms of the quality of the apartment, location, outside space with its newly fitted sun canopy. The holiday lived up to our expectations and provided a quiet, relaxed, sunny, chill out break from the British winter. We would definitely hope to stay here again.
