This one bedroom apartment is situated in what is referred to as the exclusive El Duque region surrounded by the Rui Palace - El Duque Palace - Dreampalace a little further up, along with all the associated amenities to the quality and standard that you would expect from this area. The complex is attractive and friendly in one of the newer resorts in the south of Tenerife, Costa Adeje. It has a large swimming pool with sun terraces, pool side snack bar, restaurant, lounge bar, evening entertainment, and for the children a games room, table tennis, pool table and children’s' pool table. There is also a car park available.

The apartment is situated on the 5th floor, which is the reception floor as well. There is an excellent lift, which means that the apartment is suitable for families as well as people with walking difficulties. The lift goes directly from the 5th floor down to the ground floor where the swimming pool, bars and restaurants can be found or to the security gate and out onto the promenade/beach area. There is direct access from the complex to Bahia del Duque beach - just a short stroll away. There is a fantastic view from the apartment (see above), and the standard of the accommodation is very high.
