This beautiful apartment is situated in the del Duque area of stylish Costa Adeje. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and is close to all amenities. The area is known for its upmarket shops and restaurants and has the best beach in the area. The stunning rooftop terrace is a huge 88sq m and benefits from all day sun and a sea view. It is accessed from a lower terrace by a spiral staircase. The lounge leads onto the lower terrace and has 2 sofas, dining table, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. In the utility there is a washing machine and ironing facilities. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. As with the main bathroom the en-suite is very large and is fitted with double washbasin and vanity units, bidet and bath with shower. The lounge and bedrooms all have ceiling fans. There is a safe, hairdryer and beach towels provided. Long lets.

Del Duque is the most prestigious area of Costa Adeje which is a select, cosmopolitan resort on the south west of the island. Ten minutes walk from the apartment is Playa del Duque which is considered the best beach on the island. It is bordered by a lovely promenade which leads to the fishing village of La Caleta and its famous seafood restaurants. A short walk in the other direction leads to Fanabe where there are numerous restaurants and bars. Only five minutes drive takes you to Costa Adeje Golf, one of five courses in the area.

I found this appartment on the internet and knew nothing about it......I was NOT dissapointed. This appartment is superb!! Close to the beautiful Del Duque Beach, bars and restuarants, 15 mins to Fanabe...with more bars and restuarants.....BUT... the location itself is quiet. Upon arrival we could've eaten our food from the floor it was so clean! I had my teenage sons with me, they loves it. I recommend this appartment.

Had a lovely relaxing holiday in your beautiful Penthouse apartment, a week just wasn’t long enough.Apartment had everything you need for a lovely holiday. It was beautifully decorated and furnished. We loved the rooftop terrace and spent many hours up there either on comfy suite which was under a large sun canopy or on the sunbeds.
We even had a couple of evenings in the apartment and cooked meals and watched English TV and dvds which were in the apartment.We have already recommended it to our family and friends , we hope to be back soon.

We have had three fantastic weeks in your great apartment. your apartment we could not fault everything top class and we spent most of are time on your
marvelous sun terrace.there were two supermarkets wthin walking distance. you can get on a bus to anywhere on the iland just five minutes walk to bus stop. the sun shone for the all three weeks. thank very much to you both.

Excellent Accomodation

This apartment has the 'wow' factor. Good location to beach, supermarkets, restaurants etc.. Pool was super with no problems with shades or sunbeds. Lifeguard also. Apartment was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of towels and lots of little extras.
Very well maintained apartment with beautiful lower and upper terraces - This was well used during our stay. We would look at booking again with Sharon without a doubt.
Many thanks for allowing us to use the apartment it certainly make our holiday.
