Sol Sun Beach, is one of the very few apartment complexes in Tenerife offering accommodation right on the beach. Recently refurbished, it is certainly the prettiest apartment on the Aparthotel Complex, (Wheelchair Accessible) The sun shines on the terrace mid morning onwards and offers stunning views of the Atlantic and sunsets over Gomera. One of the main features is the large rooftop swimming pool with children' s section, surrounded by gardens and sun terraces, sun lounges and umbrella are also provided for your extra comfort, together with a pool bar serving snacks. A lift will take you to all floors. A 24 hour reception (English Speaking) provides added security. The complex is well maintained and offers a free professionally-run daytime and evening entertainment programme. Centrally located for shops, activities and restaurants. Fanabe, located 2 miles west of Playa de las Americas is fast emerging as the smartest resort in Playa de las Americas.

Fanabe is blessed with a beautiful promenade which is both well-lit and well patrolled by security and is perfect for people watching from the terrace or to walk off that evening meal. The centrepiece of this chic neighbourhood is the celebrity favourite Gran Hotel Melia Bahia del Duque which enjoys lavish décor and extravagant architecture. Should you head this way, don't ignore the terrific little restaurants en-route. The beachfront itself hosts a number of watersport activities from snorkelling to scuba diving to parascending. Trips to see everything from Teide to La Gomera or to see creatures as diverse as bottle-nosed dolphins to parrots. Attracting the more up market clientele and the high spending golf fraternity this resort on the fringes of Costa Adeje is most definitely is rapidly gaining a reputation for high quality hospitality.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates quoted are based on two adults sharing additional persons are charged £15.00 extra each per week.
    To secure your booking a £50 non refundable deposit is required by cheque or paypal payment or postal orders to the owner and the balance due 10 weeks prior to departure.
    A refundable deposit of £100 is taken to cover any breakages and the return of the key when the final balance is due.
    The apartment is available at 4pm on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on departure. (In the event that no one is arriving in after yourself, a later departure time can be discussed with the owner).
    If you have a late flight departure, there is a luggage room by reception and showers in the toilets at reception.
    The owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the apartment and recommend you take out suitable insurance before travelling.
  • Rental rates include linen and towels only, you will need to provide your own beach towel
  • Xmas and New Year weeks £495.00

The apartment is spacious & clean
There is a fabulous large rooftop swimming pool
Lots of shops and restaurants closeby with easy access
We had a fantastic holiday and have already booked
for next year with Wendy who is so efficient and a
real pleasure to deal with.

Lovely apartment, ideally situated for the beach and with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I'd recommend eating at Grand Reserva which is just at the top of the street.

The apartment was clean and spacious, we had everything we needed and the complex itself has its own rooftop pool which is ovely and very handy if you don't fancy sunbathing at the beach.

The owner, Wendy, is very friendly and helpful and we had no problems whatsoever, it was great value for money.

Superb 2 week holiday

My wife and I had a spectacular holiday the apartment is very clean and comfortable with plenty of extra's which made our holiday that little bit more special. The complex has a stunning rooftop pool where you can relax and soak up the sun all day in peace and quite. Eating out we found very easy as there is an abundance of cafe's and restaurants within very short distance of the hotel.

The owners where helpful in all respects thank you.
