Altamaira is a lovely apart hotel set on the quiet promenade next to the Bahia del Duque beach, considered to be the best on the island. This newly re decorated one bed apartment enjoys air conditioning in the lounge along with cable TV. Fully fitted American style kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine all in very good condition as they are only 1 year old. The apartment can sleep up to 4 people as it has a sofa bed. The bedroom is spacious with built in wardrobe which has mirrored doors.

Spacious apartment in Del Duque area

A nice spacious apartment, which has recently been refurbished to a very good standard.
Located on the same level as the reception, it is very convenient for the local supermarkets and bars/restaurants.
A short walk down the corridor takes you to the lifts, which go down to the ground floor where there is a very nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds and two swimming pools.
There is a gate which takes you out on to the promenade, which saves walking up and down several flights of stairs ( very useful for the less energtic )
The only small negative is the lack of a decent view from the patio area, but this does'nt detract from the overall pluses of the apartment and complex.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments. The apartment is a little bigger than the normal one beds on the complex and we are pleased you enjoyed this space and the new furnisings.
