Rates:
Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing a 1 Bedroom or 2 bedroom. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit is taken at the time of final balance to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned
Cleaning:
The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of (35 euros) per day plus (10 euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.
Additional Guest Services:
Tenerife Lettings and Property Management fully manages this property and we pride ourselves on delivering high standards of client service and presentation of the properties we manage. As we are based in Tenerife we are always at hand to help with any questions you may have, in fact we will do our utmost to assist you wherever we can. We can also provide welcome packs for your arrival, a daily maid service, cot hire and assistance with excursions and car hire.
