This is a 4 star front line resort located overlooking Puerto Colon Marina. These apartments are superior to many on the complex. The complex with its large sun terrace is surrounded by gardens and is well maintained. There are 3 swimming pools with a separate children's pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside snack bar. There is also a self service launderette and beauty salon on site (all incur additional charges). There are a large number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within easy walking distance of the resort.

This one bedroomed apartment is superior to many. It is well furnished with twin beds in the bedroom and a large sofa bed with proper sprung base and mattress in the lounge. The balcony has a fantastic view of the swimming pool and the Ocean, it also benefits from having sun on the balcony from midday onwards. It is well furnished with patio table and chairs. The lounge area is well equipped with TV which receives some English channels and a DVD player. The kitchen contains 4 ring hob, microwave, fridge with top box freezer, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

San Eugenio is a busy resort surrounding Puerto Colon Marina in the Torviscas area of Tenerife. It is an ideal place to spend time simply relaxing in the sun or partaking in the many activities available close by from paragliding to deep sea fishing, visiting the nearby island of Gomera (a walkers paradise) or playing a round of golf on the nearby championship course, Adeje Golf. There are a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants catering to everyone's taste and budget within the immediate vicinity. To the right is the exclusive hotel of Bahia del Duque with its upmarket restaurants and shops and to the left is the busy resort of Playa de las Americas with its lively bars and nightclubs. In fact the areas caters for just about every taste.

Rates: Prices are per week and based on 2 people sharing. Each additional person will be charged £25 per week. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. All late bookings will require full payment. A £50 security deposit will be taken on arrival to cover any damage or breakages which may occur, this is refunded once the property has been checked and the keys returned.

Cleaning: The property will be cleaned and fresh linen & towels will be provided for your arrival. This service is then repeated after every 7 day period. In addition, we offer our guests the opportunity to book extra maid services at a rate of £15 (21 euros) per day plus £5 (7euros) per person for fresh linen and towels. Please note you are required to provide your own beach and poolside towels.

Additional Guest Services: Tenerife Lettings and Property Management fully manages this property and we pride ourselves on delivering high standards of client service and presentation of the properties we manage. As we are based in Tenerife we are always at hand to help with any questions you may have, in fact we will do our utmost to assist you wherever we can. We can also provide welcome packs for your arrival, a daily maid service, cot hire and assistance with excursions and car hire. What a view!!

We stayed in this apartment in July of this year. On arrival we were met by Rob who showed us to the apartment and where everything was. The apartment was brilliant, it had all the mod cons you needed and on opening the balcony doors you have the most fabulous view over Port Colon, it was lovely just to sit there and watch the world go by (use the awning in the afternoon though it got really hot! ). The only moan we could have was about the front door, it has a knack to opening it which unfortunately we did not have on the 1st morning but a phone call to Michelle and she was there in an instant ( excellent service) and showed us what to do and we had no problems at all after that. We loved our stay at Club Atlantis, the pool area was very clean and it did not open until 10am but this worked well as there was no reserving of beds, you also could hire matresses and parasols at a very reasonable price and no matter what time you turned up at the pool there were always beds available. The pool bar area was very clean, they only sold 1 draught beer, and lots of soft drinks, coffees, ice creams and also had a menu for snacks and meals (limited), this area closed at 6pm so you had to go out for drinks,meals and entertainment after that, which was no problem to us. We would stay here 100% again, even my boss and his wife (staying at Garden City) came to have a look one afternoon and were very impressed and had all the details off us so they could book for themselves. All in all this was the best accomodation we have stayed in for years and really should keep this treasure a secret but loved it so much we just couldn't
