El Veril del Duque is a beautiful development of apartments built on 2 levels and this apartment is on the top floor. The complex benefits from CCTV security and secure access to all entrances. This superbly furnished apartment is finished to the highest standard and is situated in a quite area of the complex and has sea and mountain views. The apartment is situated only a few yards from the very large walk in pool. The apartment benefits from a very large private balcony, which opens from the lounge and both bedrooms. The master bedroom also benefits from a stunning en-suite bathroom.

Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated on the south west coast of Tenerife. The sands of Playa del Duque are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment and on the way you will pass numerous restaurants including Spanish, Chinese and French. You will find yourself within easy walking distance of the fishing village of La Caleta, (with all of it's popular fresh fish restaurants) and Fañabe (where you will find the nightlife plus all the shopping, bars and restaurants of this lively area). To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, 'English' pubs and nightlife.

Very good apartment with sea views in a nice quite location. I agree with the other lady that the fridge is on the small side for four people. This is our second stay and we feel it could do with a little tlc inside, the bathrooms especially, the grout is on the dirty side and the sealant around the baths contained quite a bit of mildew, also it needs a coat of paint throught.
The shutters on the patio doors were also quite dirty and the outside lighting hasn't worked on both our stays, even though we reported it on the first.
Excellent for good beaches and restaurants try La Caleta.

The re paint is already scheduled in for June (it can be difficult to find a time to do these things as we do not wish to disapoint people and not accept bookings) We apologise about the light which for some reason the bulbs keep going but that is the beauty of Tenerife

The apartment is in an excellent location if you want a quiet day around the pool but is only a 5-10 mins bus ride to the likes of las americas and los christianos if that's your thing. The apartment was very clean and spacious, it had everything we needed although we thought the fridge freezer was a bit on the small side for the 4 of us and had a great balcony overlooking the sea and the island of la gomera. Restaurants were about 5 mins walk along the coastal path. We will definetely return to this apt when we return to Tenerife.
