1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps a maximum of 4/5 on single & sofa beds

1 bedroom apartments, fully equipped on a small complex named Tagoro Park (102 apartments) with a small supermarket and a larger one 200m away.we are situated just 150 Metres from the coast. The apartment is equipped and furnished to a very high standard and have oven/grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, iron/board, TV/ DVD, radio/CD with the upstairs ones having a large sun deck and terrace or a downstairs one (with more sleeping accommodation) having a large terrace. The apartment attracts the sun all day.

If you like golf, then this is for you, with five 18 hole and a nine hole course within a six mile radius. A hire car would be required. How about bowls, a twelve rink outdoor green is just a 10 minute walk away. Lots of other sports such as tennis and diving are within walking distance. For the ladies who like retail therapy a whole host of shops from clothes to jewellery are 10/12 minutes down the road.The photos do not relate to any one particular apartment.

Unfortunately WI FI is not available in the apartments but is available at local shops priced from one Euro for forty minutes.

The apartment is situated in Costa Del Silencio, with the nearby town of Las Galletas a pleasant stroll away.

We have sunshine all year round so you can top up your tan on a little sandy inlet which is a 2 min walk or on the larger commercial beach in Las Galletas with all of the usual facilities.

Do you like dining out, if so you can dine in anyone of the 60 plus eating establishments that fall within a 1000m radius and offer all types of cuisine from Spanish to a Chinese buffet for 6 Euro.

With daily flights from Gatwick, Manchester, Stanstead and Glasgow and two or three a week from other regional airports now fares from just £100 on a week day in term time NOW could be the time to pack a bag and jump on the next plane out. We are only a 12/14 minute drive from the airport, about five miles down the road. We are not on the flightpath, so Silencio is very peaceful. Buses to all parts of the Island stop just 300 metres away & tours to all resorts can be booked locally.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rentals start on any day of the week (subject to availability). A 10% discount is given between 22 to 30 days and from the 1st May to 15th June. £50 deposit required per week when booking, balance due eight weeks before departure. A charge of £15 per/week is made for an extra bed (for 5th person) or for a cot. Larger Apartments start at two hundred and forty pounds per week.
    If you wish to book please email me your postal address and mobile phone number with exact dates and number of persons in the party. I can then email you back a payment request invoice for settlement through our banks.
  • Transfers can sometime be made between the apartment and airport from 23 Euro per trip (up to a party of 4). Variable rates apply to apartments on other complexes.

Costa del Silencio is five miles from the airport and is situated in the dry cloudless south of Tenerife dominated by the peak of the dormant volcano, Mount Taide. Average temperature is between 20 and 30 degrees centigrade. Five Golf courses are available within a five mile radius
