We have many visitors returning year after year to us as they enjoy staying in our very comfortable and homely Apartment. It is a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with a Terrace which overlooks Puerto Colon to the Sea and also Mountain Views. It comes complete with, Bed Settee, Dining Room Table & Chairs, Colour Television with many English Sky Channels including all main channels and a few film and sports channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with Cooking Facilities, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster and Fridge. The Bathroom has a full sized bath and shower. On the Terrace there is a patio table ,chairs & Parasol. In the bedroom there is a full sized 5' double bed. There are 2 double wardrobes plus 3 sets of drawers for your clothes. There is a safe to keep all your valuables in. The complex itself is much sought after as it is so close to everything. The Sea just a few minutes walk, a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment. The airport is a short 10 minutes away by taxi.

Notes to the rental rates

• This rate applies to 2 people sharing for further people staying an extra £20 per person in high season & £30 per person in Peak Season. At certain times throughout the year special rates will be offered. Please ask when making your enquiry if the dates you require entitle you to the special rate. If use of the safe is required there will be a deposit of £25 required returnable on return of the safe key. Also there is a security card in use for the gates that lead to the main road (not for gates leading to beach), if this key card is required an further £15 deposit is required, again returnable on the return of this key.

Sunset Harbour Complex

On the complex there are 2 beautiful swimming pools, also a pool for the little ones to enjoy. There are pools games organised most days, plus a variety of water exercises for those who feel the need. The pool has a lifeguard on duty throughout the day. There is a pool bar and two excellent restaurants within the complex. Both have a variety of daily and nightly entertainment including quizzes, wine tasting, paella tasting and a host of singers and comedians. There is a safe enclosed play area for the children. The complex not only looks good but gives you the relaxation and enjoyment when and as you require it. You can feel the happy atmosphere coming from the people staying there.

Location

Sunset Harbour is in Torviscas and on the edge of Fanabe. With its central point, access to the beach, shops, restaurants and the port are all within easy walking. Most of it is on level ground making it easier for those with difficulties. You can have the type of holiday you want, shopping, sampling the many variety of restaurants, various activities. For those who enjoy walking you can either turn right and walk all along the sea front through to the Spanish fishing village of La Calleta or turn left and walk through to Los Christanos. Both walks are beautiful but different. Or, you could simply lie on the beach, relax and enjoy the weather.

Activities and sights

For those who require a more action packed holiday or enjoy sight seeing it is only a five minutes walk to pick what activity or sight seeing you require. There are many golf courses all within 5 - 10 minutes away by taxi. Daily boat trips either to see the Whales and the Dolphins in their natural state, or the Pirate ship which sails around the coast, Sea fishing trips can be arranged, Diving, snorkelling. Jet Ski's, Para gliding and bike riding from Mount Tiede back down to Fanabe. For the Sightseer's there are trips to the north of the island to Paraque park, many beautiful Villages up in the mountains, also Mount Tiede which is well worth visiting. Also there is the Jungle Park with different animals and birds also the aqua park for those who enjoy going down the water slides. There are just too many places to mention. But, they are all there to be enjoyed. Nobody need ever be bored.
