Location:
Known as an island of eternal spring, Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and is situated just off the northern coast of Africa. Tenerife is a country offering equally generous portions of art, architecture, beaches and nightlife, excellent cuisines and fantastic wines. For sports enthusiast, it offers a range of sports from golf to wind surfing. The apartment is situated in the Playa Fanabe area of Playa de Las Americas. The area has a 5 mile stretch of beach, most of which is promenade. There are numerous bars and restaurants close by with beautiful sea and mountainous scenery. The water park is only 5 minutes taxi ride and the Sky Park is just 5 minutes walk away. There are excellent restaurants and nightlife and there is also wide range of shopping centres. The nearest airport is Tenerife South (Reina Sofia), which is about 15 minutes by taxi (approx 20 euros). The apartment is maintained to a high standard by an English cleaner every Friday.
Playa Fanabe:
Fanabe is blessed with a beautiful promenade which stretches several miles in each direction. The nearest Beach is just 50 metres from the Apartment along with many nice cafes, restaurants and bars. The superb Del Duque 5 star beach, shops and restaurants is only 5 minutes walk away. There are lots of small supermarkets close to the complex and a large supermarket only 5 minutes walk. There are plenty of activities in the raea, mini golf, trampoline, ten pin bowling and lots of excursions to be taken if required.
Apartment:
The apartment is situated in the Parque Del Sol complex of 150 luxury apartments with a 24 reception, restaurant, bar with evening cabaret, pool bar, superb heated pool with sun bathing area and jacuzzi, games area, mini golf, mini gym with sauna and on-site supermarket. The apartment is on the third top floor of a small block with lift access. There is a large balcony with sea and hill views, table, chairs, parasol and two sun loungers. The lounge has a futon/sofa bed, wicker chair, dining room table with 4 chairs a TV with dvd player. There is a fitted kitchenette area with full size cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and most kitchen utensils, ideal for eating in. The bedroom has two single beds with an additional pull out cupboard bed, the apartment can sleep 4/5 people in total.
