Luxury Air Conditioned quality two bedroom three bathroom apartment ,each bedroom has its own ensuite, can also be rented as a one bed, with large south facing terrace overlooking heated pool and garden area. Access to the apartment is by its own steps or lift which makes it fully wheelchair accessible, for those wishing to hire a car the apartment comes with its own underground parking which can also be accessed by a lift. Inside there is a large lounge with two sofa beds, satellite TV (British channels) DVD & hi fi. The dining area has table & chairs for four. Fully equipped kitchen hob, full oven, fridge, washing mc, microwave, kettle, etc, there is a guest bathroom seperate from the en suites. Located in a quiet area yet within minutes walk of restaurants shops and the new marina, if you require more then the commercial centre is a 15 min walk along the sea front or a 10 min taxi ride will take you to Las Americas. For the golf enthusiast, there are two championship courses nearby

Golf del Sur is ideally situated a short drive from the airport it is well serviced by excellent restaurants, bars and shops, Golf del Sur is regarded as a peaceful area, yet it is only 10/15 minutes from the livelier nightspots of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. There is an excellent public bus service and Taxis are plentiful. The apartment is located near the new marina, which offers a seafront walk down to the commercial centre.

This apartment is located in a quiet peaceful position. It is well placed for local restaurants, golf, walking, bowls, and sailing. The complex is kept to a high standard and the pool is heated.
The apartment is clean, well maintained, and recently upgraded. It has U.K. TV and a stereo system. The large balcony is often in shade,
but this can be an advantage in very hot weather. The owner provides
good customer service, and there is underground car parking.
We definitely recommend this property to family and friends

Len and Dawn many thanks for allowing us to holiday in your beautiful apartment. Your apartment and neighbours were first class. Being next to the pool was ideal for us with a young family and it was great not having to book sunbeds at the pool.There were plenty of good restaurants nearby Pedros and Harbour lights and Big Als is not to be missed. I would recommend anyone to go to Duquesa del Mar especially your home.

ps The dvds were ideal for keeping the boys out of the sun for a little while.

This apartment has everything you need, is very clean with a massive balcony and is right overlooking the pool. The complex is superb with everyone very friendly and helpful, you also feel very safe. Even though the San Blas area is not as busy as it used to be i would stay here again and having stayed at alot of apartments around Golf Del Sur, this one was the best. Will definitely be staying again.
