This luxury one bedroom / two bathroom apartment has plenty of space for four people, a large spacious lounge area including a double sofa bed, television with sky digital and DVD player, Hi fi and C D system leads onto a spacious private terrace/garden that receives sun from morning until night. The large size kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob and oven, deep fat fryer, toaster, sandwich maker, washing machine, large fridge freezer and separate dining area. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, cable T V, to bedroom. There is also a separate shower room. Linen, towels, hairdryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a cot is also available. There is a heated pool, small children's pool and a hot jacuzzi, the complex is gated ensuring exclusive access for Duquesa clients only. The large patio is totaly private, gated and gets the sun all day but also has shade should you need it. The complex has lifts for the less able to all lelves.

Golf del sur is situated in the south of the island, offering a pleasantly warm climate all year round, central to the beaches of Medano and Los Christionos 10kms. There is a regular bus service through the island where you can visit the many varied attractions that are on offer including five championship golf courses, driving range, golf lessons etc. The centre of Golf Del Sur is San Blas known as the square with shops, bars and restaurants, a chemist shop and doctor should you need one. The new Marina is a very close by and the Aqua Marina restaurant opposite which i would recommend. There a many day trips to local attractions/events and are all well worth a try on your stay.There is a good selction of bars, restaurants and shops, two supermarkets within walking distance. Having visited the area previously I looked for an apartment that met my criteria, I found this apartment on the which matched what I was looking for and the information on the website in terms of facilities was very accurate.
The location was very central and on a road but this was never busy and the large terrace was excellent allowing you to sunbathe all day and there was also plenty of shade as well. The property was immaculate when I arrived as it had just been cleaned.
There was a problem with the water heater which we informed the owner of on the monday morning and a brand new water heater was installed by 4pm the same day - so excellent service by the owner!
The flat has some restaurants across the road from it and some further down towards the sea and harbour.
The main restaurant area is San Blas and there is a number of international restaurants along with a number of bars. There is also a small fishing village called Los Abrigos where the fresh is caught the same day and is excetionally reasonable.
Overall I would recommend this highly and I am already looking at a suitable time to go back.
