1st floor private apartment situated on the Sunset View complex on Golf del Sur in southern tenerife. Only ten minutes from the airport. Only five minutes away from a 27 hole championship golf complex which also offers other sporting activities.

A one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in the lounge. There are beautiful sea views from the balcony which faces south. A new bathroom has just been fitted. There is a new oven & ceramic hob in the kitchen. The sea is a two minute walk away. Shops & restaurants are opposite the complex. A welcome pack with tea, coffee, sugar, milk & water is provided on arrival.

Apartment Details: A one bedroom apartment with south facing balcony with beautiful view of the ocean. The complex has its own private swimming pool, jaccuzi, childrens pool, laundrette & bar & restaurant.

Shopping & Restraurants: The apartment is a two minute walk from all the local shops & amenities which include supermarket, gift shops, clothes shops, chemist, perfume shop, internet cafe & a wide variety of bars & restaurants of which many have live entertainment in the evening. If you require night clubs & livelier entertainment, there is a night club locally. Car hire is available locally if you wish to explore the island. Tours & excursions are also available locally.

Local Interests: Los Abrigos, a local fishing village with many fine seafood restaurants is ten minutes walk across the beach or a five minute drive away. Alternitively if you require something a bit livelier, Las Americas & Los Christianos are a fifteen minute drive away with a large selection of duty free shops, restaurants, bars & nightclubs. There is a 27 hole championship golf course where the Tenerife Open has been held. Their facilities include club, trolley & buggy rental, driving range & a pro shop. They also have mini golf, tennis & bowling.

Our stay was good, our view was wonderful, but the apartment did not have enough utensils to cook with, I had to borrow from a friend, no glasses also borrowed them. No bath mat, the owner was there but was not too helpful, other than that we enjoyed it, we were central for entertainment, but had to catch buses to Los Cristianos if we wanted good entertainment and cheaper prices. Netto is very very expensive there. But overall a good holiday.
Owner's Response: The apartment has a new cooker & hob fitted in November. There are cooking dishes, saucepans & cooking utensils. There are also glasses & Joyce was given 2 bath mats.
I was next door for about 1 week of her 4 week stay & enquired if everything was ok & she said yes. If someone does not tell you they have a problem then you cannot do anything about it. I am always willing to be as helpfull as I possibly can. You only have to ring my door bell. I do not like to bother people too much when they are on holiday.

Myself my wife and 11 year old daughter had wonderful stay in this apartment over the easter holidays. We found the apartment to be immaculatey clean and well equipped. It is in a fantastic location appealing to all ages and requirements. We often spent the most enjoyable nights on the balcony admiring the view. the owner introduced herself to us upon arrival and I found her very helpful and accommodating. Overall a fantastic stay and will be booking the same apartment again soon. wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Just what we needed

Just to second everything the post below has said. Me and my girlfriend (both 23) stayed for 4 nights/5days and we found the apartment to be spotless, fully equiped and comfortable, I will definatly be recomending to friends and family.
The area around is calm, and everyone is friendly. The resaurants and bars are a stones throw away and we're very reasonable in price.
It was a great getaway to relax in the day, be it by the pool or on the balcony, and have a nice meal and a few drinks at night.

Comfort,cleanliness and convenience.

The title sums up this very attractive holiday residence.
This apartment is very comfortable with all modern conveniences required for an enjoyable stay. Contrary to the views expressed by a previous tenant, my wife and I found this delightful apartment to be very fully equiped to cater for every need. Helen has remembered everything.
Cleanliness, strikes you the moment you walk in the door and a bathroom refurbished to a high standard adds to the already well maintained and spotlessly clean living area, bedroom and kitchen with every tool and appliance provided.
Conveniently situated less than 100 meters from a delightful village centre with convenience store and a good selection of restaurants, but at the same time enjoying the quietest of locations, this apartment was a delight to stay in.

anne november 2008.i was so surpried to read joyces review of helens apt that i had to respond.we had a great holiday at helens beautifully eqipped apt,she had thought of everything, even down to candles and plasters.the kitchen was more than well equipped with GLASSES 8 ACTUALLY.plenty of crockery and sucepans etc.i cooked a three course meal for friends and found no lack of anything.the area is delightful,plenty of good eating places and lovelly walks etc.helen was charming but never bothered us only helpful..i would highly recommend this venue,quite with wonderful views of the sea.so well done helen see you next year.
