A choice of a two or three-bedroom penthouse on the exclusive Duquesa del Mar complex on Golf del Sur in the South of Tenerife. The two-bedroom property will sleep four and the three-bed sleeps six. Each property has two bathrooms. The rooms are very spacious and there are large balcony areas. Views are spectacular over the sea . Satellite TV and DVD are provided & the current channel line up includes BBC1, BBC2 and ITV Channel 4 & SKY SPORTS (Occasionally there are changes to this list). Kitchens are well equipped with full oven, hob, microwave, washing machine & fridge-freezer. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the 2-Bed benefits from air conditioning. There is a heated swimming pool & hot plunge pool and the complex is gated ensuring exclusive access for Duquesa clients. Lifts serve both properties. The three-bed is ideal for the disabled having a walk in shower with wide doors. The two bedroom property has a lift but there are a few steps at the top. Wi-Fi on 2-bed

A superb position overlooking the pool and with views to the sea . A sunny south facing balcony gives almost all day sunshine. A king size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second twin-bedroom with a guest bathroom. Wi-Fi Broadband is provided with no charge for using the service. An electrically operated awning has been fitted to give some shade to the balcony area if required.

Golf del Sur is in the sunny southern part of Tenerife offering a pleasantly warm year round climate. The developments in this area are built around the three championship golf courses and therefore the area is remarkably green with great views of fairways. The centre of Golf del Sur is San Blas which is pedestrianised with restaurants and shops arranged in two squares or 'Piazzas'. This creates a pleasant place to shop or dine without noise and fumes from cars-ideal for families with young children.

Een heerlijk en rustig appartementen complex.Fijn zwembad wat dagelijks schoongemaakt wordt. Alles in het appartement aanwezig om te genieten van je vacantie. Supermarktje voor de kleine boodschappen om 100 meter en een grote super bij de ingang van
Golf Del Sur. Al met al voor ons nu 3 x geweest, meeste gasten zijn
gasten vanuit de UK die in hun 2e huis komen overwinteren of komen genieten voor een paar weken. Een aantal verhuurd hun appartement en alle appartement zijn dus goed onderhouden met alles er op en er aan. Zeker komen we hier terug.
