Accommodation consists of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe, safe and ceiling fan with access to large balcony with lovely views of pool, sea and newly developed marina. Modern kitchen fully equipped with fridge freezer, cooker, hob and microwave. Lounge has large double sofa bed which sleeps 2 adults or children, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi and ceiling fan. The bathroom has bath and shower facilities. Washing machine. Balcony is accessed from both lounge and bedroom and has lovely set of patio furniture seating 4 people. Complex has shared access to a heated swimming pool with separate children's pool contained within spacious terraced area overlooking the ocean. Surrounding locality has many restaurants, bars, shops and bank with easy walking access to San Blas town centre. Golf del Sur is a green oasis built around a 27 hole championship golf course, which is pay-as-you-play. A lovely quiet area with all facilities available close-by. Baby cot also available. Car parking space.

Location: Golf del Sur in Canary Islands

Nearest Airport: Tenerife South at 10 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 100.0 Metres
Car: not necessary
The apartment complex was built in 2003 and hence benefits from new facilities, all to a high standard. The marina was redeveloped recently and offers extensive facilities all within walking distance. There is a new shopping precinct next door. A quiet, up-market area of Tenerife, it is ideally suited to golfers, families and those who just want to take life easy. You don't even need a hire car - taxi costs are reasonable from the airport and a bus service is available to the main attractions. If you do decide to hire a car you can explore this fantastic holiday island and gain access to other fishing villages and towns, sandy beaches are only a few minutes drive away, or you can visit Mount Teide which is about 1 hour away; and when you return to your apartment relax with a nicely chilled bottle of wine on the balcony and enjoy the fantastic view of the ocean. Don't forget you have access to a secure underground parking space.

Excellent service from the booking and welcome to the departure

The apartment is superby fitted with fabulous views of the marina from the bedroom, lounge and balconies

There are numerous bars & restaurants nearby and even more a short walk away, catering for all ages and tastes.
Don't miss the Memphis Bar if you like Karaoke

You don't need a car, but should you want to venture out further taxi's are available locally and coach trips can be arranged in the local shop

I will definitely be going back and recommending the apartment to all my friends
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: Many thanks for your comments, glad you enjoyed it. Yes we agree you don't necessarily need a car unless you want to travel around the island by yourself. Many good restaurants locally. We also love walking to Los Abrigos to the lovely fish restaurants.
