Luxury one bedroom, two bathrooms, first floor apartment (non-smoking) overlooking the Pool, Gardens & Sea View from the large south facing terrace. Heated pool, children's pool & Jacuzzi. Main Bedroom is en-suite, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes with Safe & TV. AIR CONDITIONED Lounge with Ceiling Fan, and has a double sofa bed, being served by the Guest Bathroom, and with Satellite TV (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports 1 etc), DVD & CD/Radio. 2 double patio doors lead onto large Balcony. Fully equipped Kitchen inc. large Fridge/Freezer, Ceramic Hob/Oven, Washing Machine, Microwave, etc, and dining area for 4. The apartment is served by steps and lift, for those with restricted mobility or wheelchair users. The Complex has coded entry gates for exclusive access. Own underground parking space served by lifts. Airport Transfer can be arranged - please ask.

Golf del Sur is situated in the South and a short drive from the Airport. It is a peaceful & safe area and approached by driving past two lovely Golf Courses. The complex is situated across a quiet road from the promenade walk, where a nice selection of Restaurants, Bars & Shops are overlooking the sea and the new Marina. All weather International Bowling Green available next door. Los Cristianos & Playa de las Americas are only a 10/15 minute Taxi ride away. Taxis are plentiful, and also a local Bus service stops outside the Complex. The fishing village of Los Abrigos is close by (for the energetic a nice coastal walk, or a short 5 minute taxi ride) with lovely Fish & Seafood Restaurants (recommended). El Medano is a 10 minute taxi ride. 2 championship Golf Courses are nearby. San Blas Centre is a 10 minute stroll, where you will find more Restaurants, Bars & Shops etc....

The apartment is exceeded our expectations, it is modern, has a lovely big terrace and balcony, very clean and well located.
The owner has provided us with some usefull information.

A fantastic apartment in a lovely setting - spacious, immaculate and well equipped - air conditioning a real bonus for the August heat!!

I'd never booked anything directly with an owner before - Yvonne and Alan couldn't be more helpful - it was so easy and everything is provided for a fabulous, relaxing, chilled out holiday.

An extremely attractive, secure, clean complex. The apartment has a lovely view of the pool area - handy to keep an eye on what the kids are up to if they are old enough to be around the pool on their own.

Just booked again for the 4th time - what more can I say!!

Fantastic Apartment!

My husband, 2 children and I have just returned from 2 weeks at the apartment. We were amazed by how large, clean and well-equipped it was - the owners had thought of everything a person could possibly require to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen was equipped to a high standard and the large fridge freezer was a bonus! The kids were overjoyed to discover that they had a sofa bed each!! We used the table on the balcony overlooking the pool area for all our meals. The complex itself was very secure and spotlessly clean - the kids spent most of the time in the large pool and it was so nice not to have to fight for sunbeds! There were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and we discovered a very good little bakery in the mini-supermarket across the road - fresh warm baguettes every day! We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this complex and in particular this apartment.

This is the third time we have stayed on this complex and this apartment by far gets the best marks.Firstly before arrival Yvonne an Alan are most helpful at every stage especially the background info.
The apartment itself cannot be faulted.It is well maintained and equipped good views towards the sea gets the sun nearly all day and is close to the pool.
The comlex itself is ideally situated for bars restaurants etc altho we preferred the 20 min walk to San Blass for a better variety.Try the spanish restaurants in Los Abrigos but watch the overcharging! Do use the bus not just the
popular places go to san isidro where no-one speaks English!
We would without hesitation recommend this apartment and this location so much so we have already booked for 2010!

A Lovely Apartment

The owners of this property are very helpful and we received lots of useful information and instructions before we arrived at the apartment.

The property is spacious, comfortable, well equiped with lots of home comforts. It is modern, very clean and well maintained. The large balcony was a particular feature with a lovely sea, garden and pool view; a place to sit and relax soak up the sun and enjoy a meal and glass of wine. The complex is very well kept, secure and quiet. It has good access to all the local amenities being just across the road from the sea front and many bars and restaurants.

We would definitely use this apartment again and recommend this to our friends and family.
