This large 1 bedroom (non smoking) apartment is in the exclusive Duquesa del Mar complex, in the heart of the Golf del Sur. The apartment is fully equipped with full cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. There is satellite TV with BBC, ITV & C4. The apartment is set back away from the pool over looking the gardens. There is a heated pool, small children's pool & heated Jacuzzi. The apartment also benefits from large terrace which enjoys the sun all day & into the evening. Linen, towels, hair-dryer, ironing board and iron are provided and a cot is also available. The complex is gated ensuring exclusive access to Duquesa clients only. There are lifts to all levels giving good access to the less mobile.

Golf del Sur is located in the south of Tenerife, offering a pleasant warm climate all year round. With 2 golf courses within walking distance and all weather bowling green situated right next door and within close proximity to the newly developed marina. There is good choice of restaurants, bars and shops within a very short walking distance. There are two supermarkets one which is adjacent to the complex. A 15 minute walk away is San Blas where you will find an array of boutiques good quality bars and restaurants, banks, doctor, chemist, large supermarket and internet cafe. There are plenty of taxis and a good bus service connecting to the larger towns of Los Christianos and Las Americas. The apartment is 100 yards away from the new sea front walk way leading to costal walks and the small fishing village of Los Abrigos where you will find excellent fish restaurants. Golf del Sur is a very quiet and relaxing resort.

  • To secure a booking we require a £50.00 deposit. This deposit will be refunded on your return home assuming that there has been no damages or breakages and safe return of keys. The above cost is based on two people sharing the apartment if more than two people an extra £20.00 per person per week will be charged. We also ask for your flight itinerary details to be sent to us via email, this ensures that change overs run smoothly. The full rental is to be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to your date of arrival.

We can only echo the comments made by the previous guests to this complex and more importantly the apartment. This was an opportunity for us to enjoy a short break as part of hubbys Rest and Recuperation break from Afghanistan, and was certainly just what the doctor ordered, we thoroughly enjoyed the fact that we could just chill in the sun all day either on the balcony or round by the pool. Our only regret is that the apartment is not available later in the year when hubby returns at the end of his tour. Thanks

Me,my wife and two year old daughter went to the apartment from 7/4/09 to 14/4/09 and had a great time.The owner (Sue) was extremely helpful and the apartment was great.It probably has the best balcony in the entire complex giving either shade or sun all day.Overall it was great value and I would not hesitate to book again.Thanks.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT APARTMENT LOCATION AND WEATHER WE HAD A LOVELY 2 WEEKS STAYING HERE THE APARTMENT WAS SPOTLESS CLEAN AND MODERN WITH EVERY FACILITY THE BALCONY WAS GREAT SUN ALL DAY AND PLENTY OF SHADE IF YOU NEEDED IT,NICE SEA WALK INTO LOS ABRIGOS AND FISH RESTAURANTS,BUS STOPS AND TAXIS RIGHT OUTSIDE SO NO NEED TO HIRE CAR,WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO OUR FRIENDS AND WE HOPE TO GO BACK AND STAY AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE

Excellent Apartment in Golf del Sur

We stayed at the apartment for a week at the end of February 2009. The apartment is clean, spacious and well appointed and more than met all our expectations. The balcony is magnificent and by far the largest we have ever seen, with both sun and shaded parts. It was so nice to just relax with a drink and nip down to the wonderful pool on the complex whenever we got a bit too hot. Even at this time of year the pool was warm enough to swim in every day.
The apartment complex itself (Duquesa del Mar) is of a high quality with keypad security gates, making it feel very safe and secure. It is also very central to all amenities and close to the sea front with some great restaurants and bars. There is also a lovely walk along the sea front to San Blas the main town about 15 minutes walk away which has a lovely square with yet more restaurants and bars, as well as a few more shops and a medium size supermarket. You can also walk a few minutes in the other direction to the marina which also has a great bar with magnificent views over the marina, the sea and the golf course.
We had a car, but the area was so peaceful and relaxing we hardly felt the need to use it, except for one visit to Los Cristianos which is about a 15 minute drive away.
We would defiantly return to this apartment and would highly recommend it to others.

Great apartment in superb surroundings. The complex was very secure and we had no worries. The apartment more than met our expectations. It was spacious, well equiped and well maintained. The large balcony was a real bonus. You could either sit in the sun all day or find a shaded corner. All amenities were also within walking distance so you wouldn't necessarily need a car. There was also lots of great eating places nearby. I would definately recommend it to all family and friends
